George Hill tied his career-high with 11 assists in the 106-102 loss to Portland.
After a slow start to the season, Hill has turned it up a notch, some, over his last five games as he is averaging 12.6 points, 4.6 boards, 6.2 assists, and 2.2 steals in that span. Hill still continues to struggle with his shot as he is shooting just 36.5% over his last five games and 40% on the season, but if he can keep dishing out dimes at the higher rate and getting steals it will make it easier to fade the poor shooting percentage going forward. Wilson Ramos went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in the Nationals 2-1 win over the Cubs on Monday.
Ramos hit his third home run of the season on Monday to go with a .285 average, 13 runs and 21 RBI. Health has been Ramos’s biggest hindrance so far in his career as he has appeared in more than 100 games just once since he entered the league in 2010 but that has not stopped the production as he has hit 10+ home runs three times since 2011 and boasts a per 162 average of 22 home runs and 87 RBI which would make him one of the top offensive catchers in baseball. Ramos owners should keep their fingers crossed that this is the year he plays a full season as they will likely end up with one of the top catchers in fantasy. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba
