According to Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports the Orioles are trying hard to trade closer Jim Johnson. The Dodgers are reportedly interested in acquiring him.

Johnson's best asset is probably his "closer experience," so it is interesting he may go to a team that doesn't need a closer. Johnson would be interesting for holds leagues if he went to the Dodgers, but his low strikeout totals would limit his value. I would bet Darren O'Day gets the first shot at closing in Baltimore, though the Orioles could turn to Tommy Hunter. Both were very good in late-inning roles last season.
