Coach Dennis Allen said he wants to see Matt McGloin and Terrelle Pryor play QB in the final four games so that he has a firm grasp on position.

Nobody is going to try and build a franchise around McGloin - there I said it. Now that the shocker is out let's consider Pryor. The Raiders had to know that Pryor wasn't going to become an instant sensation, so they need to use patience. There were several plays earlier in the year that made people believe in him (if nothing else as a fantasy asset).
