Ricky Rubio went scoreless Friday for just 4th time in his career and 1st time when starting.
Devin Hester (toe) has been cleared to return from injury in Week 13.
Hester has been on short-term IR all year with the toe injury and has finally been cleared to return. Considering the offensive struggles for the Falcons, he may be used as more than just a return man. There's been little help opposite Julio Jones so perhaps Hester will get a crack at some extra snaps. He certainly couldn't do worse than what the team has there right now. Of course, Matt Ryan still has to wake up as well. Analysis: Howard Bender
Rob Gronkowski (knee) will undergo an MRI on Monday although the feeling is the injury is not major.
There was video showing Gronkowski walking out of the x-ray room on his own, so many feel that he is going to be fine, but the MRI will let us know if there is any sort of ligament damage. With the perfect season no longer an option, the Patriots still might consider holding him out for a game to heal and just err on the side of caution. Nothing would be worse than for him to escape this week relatively unscathed and then get hurt the following week because he should have taken some time off. Stay tuned for additional update.
