Blazers coach Terry Stotts says LaMarcus Aldridge (knee) will play vs Warriors Thursday night.
Aldridge's sore knee has been more of what he called a "tight muscle" than anything ligament related, which is as a good a news as one can get when it comes to knee soreness or injury. In addition to dealing with a sore knee that kept him out of the last two games, Aldridge missed part of training camp due a quad injury, neither of which are serious. But, it does begin to raise some red flags in terms of his health going into this season, especially if you consider the 28-year old Aldridge was in the top 10 in minutes played per game last season at 37.7.
