Josh Johnson's MRI confirmed he is dealing with a strained forearm. Johnson says he'll travel with the Blue Jays to Tampa tonight then remain in Florida to rehab.

He may be traveling with his team, but he should no longer be traveling any where with your Fantasy teams. Look for a replacement that can help you now on the waiver wire such as Giants Chad Gaudin (less than 30% owned) who has not allowed more than one run in seven of his last eight appearances.ANALYST: Michael Pichan

Yankees recall LHP Chasen Shreve from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, and option RHP Branden Pinder.

Shreve will occupy the final spot in the team's bullpen, so he isn't expected to pitch in many high-pressure situations. He can be left off the majority of rosters, seeing as he'll likely only pitch when the game has already been decided. Analysis: Colby Conway

J.J. Hardy will work out with Triple-A Norfolk Tuesday, but won't begin his rehab assignment yet.

He is expected to field ground balls and take some batting practice, but he will not begin his rehab assignment at the moment. He’s been dealing with a shoulder injury, but the fact that he is working out bodes well for his status moving forward. The hope is that he will back by the end of the month, but early May seems much more likely. Analysis: Colby Conway

Alex Colome threw 47 pitches in his rehab start Tuesday, with no reported problems.

Colome dealt with an intense bout of pneumonia this spring, prompting the team to place him on the disabled list. He threw 47 pitches in a rehab start at Triple-A Durham. He will continue to build up his stamina and strength, and he should be a viable candidate to return right to the big league team when he is healthy. Analysis: Colby Conway

Cubs manager Joe Maddon said Addison Russell will start and bat ninth Tuesday.

The team wasn’t going to bring up a top prospect to have him sit on the bench. The Cubs were getting little production out of their second baseman, so they had Russell work in at second base while in the minors. The fantasy potential for this kid is high and owners should consider picking him up, in case he performs like everyone expects. He is going to take his bumps early, so don’t give up hope on the young star. Analysis: Colby Conway

Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle said any updates on Chandler Parsons (knee) and Devin Harris (toe) won't come until Tuesday night.

Both players sat out Monday's practice and Coach Carlisle will likely wait until the pregame shootaround before determining their status for Game 2 against the Rockets. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba

Gary Brown was designated for assignment Tuesday.

Brown was let go to so the Cardinals could add pitcher Mitch Harris to the 40-man roster. Brown will likely clear waivers and look to sign a minor league contract somewhere else. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba

Juan Francisco , who declined an assignment by the Rays to Triple-A Durham to test free agency, has signed with the Central League Yomiuri Giants in Japan.

Francisco provides legitimate power from the left side of the plate but is just a .236 career hitter with a .297 OBP during his 6 year MLB career. He appeared in 106 games for the Blue Jays last season, hitting .220 with 40 runs, 16 home runs and 43 RBI. He will head to Japan in an effort to earn a major league contract next season. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba

Al Horford said he's good to go for game two.

Horford suffered a hand injury during the fourth quarter of Game 1 but was able to return and play the final six minutes but with his ring and pinky finger taped together. X-rays taken on the hand were negative but Horford expressed that he was in considerable pain. Given that it's playoff time there was little chance Horford would not be on the court for the Hawks Game 2 matchup against the Nets. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba

Lance Dunbar and P Chris Jones are expected to sign their one-year restricted tenders.

The deadline to do so is Friday, so both should sign and be present for the start of the Cowboys offseason program. Analysis: Howard Bender

The Rays will decide Tuesday if Drew Smyly (shoulder) will make another rehab start, or rejoin the big league rotation Friday against Toronto.

In Smyly's last outing, which was at Double-A Jacksonville, he tossed 3 2/3 scoreless innings and allowed just one hit. He threw just 68 pitches (40 strikes), so the Rays may want him to make one more rehab start just to get his pitch count up. If he does get called up to start Friday, he could have some restrictions. The Rays will make the decision ar some point during the day Tuesday. Analysis: Howard Bender

Patriots tackle Nate Solder says he underwent surgery for testicular cancer last year.

We wish Solder nothing but the best in his recovery from testicular cancer and hope that he is able to be on the field without any limitations this season. Analysis: Howard Bender

Atlanta Hawks Coach Mike Budenholzer wins NBA Coach of the Year.

Budenholzer led the Hawks to a 60-22 record this season, good enough for No. 1 overall in the Eastern Conference. His motion offense helped pave the way for the best record in franchise history and has made them a favorite to head to the Finals this year. Analysis: Howard Bender

Kevin Gausman has pitched out of the stretch upon entering his last two appearances despite not having runners on base, and it's a change he made after talking with bullpen coach Dom Chiti.

He looked good in his last outing as he tossed two scoreless innings, but Gausmna is in need of some sort of overhaul with the way he's been struggling. Maybe pitching from the stretch will help him, but it seems to have worked once in the two times he's done it. Let's see what happens after a few more outings. He's going to stay in the bullpen for a while so he's got time to right this ship. Analysis: Howard Bender

Update: The Mets placed LHP Jerry Blevins on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to May 20, with a distal radius fracture of his left arm.

Blevins is expected to be in a splint for at least six weeks and then then will need at least a few weeks beyond that to get himself ready for a return. We'll re-visit his condition when he actually starts rehabbing. Analysis: Howard Bender

The Mets recalled RHP Hansel Robles from Triple-A Las Vegas.

Robles will take the bullpen spot vacated by the injured Jerry Blevins. He's not really an arm you'll want for fantasy purposes so best to just leave him be. Analysis: Howard Bender
