Royals acquire INF Emilio Bonifacio from Blue Jays for player to be named later and cash.
Bonifacio was on pace to blow past 70 steals last season before injury struck. This season the only thing he's been struck by is the feeling of the wood bench beneath his rearend. He's been woeful stealing a mere 12 bags while producing a .258 OBP, the same mark he had in the batting average category last season. This deal does nothing to increase his fantasy value.ANALYST: Ray Flowers
The Raiders could be interested in free agent wide receiver Randall Cobb.
Raiders' GM Reggie McKenzie drafted Cobb in his final year as the Packers' Director of Player Personnel. McKenzie apparently wants to reunite Cobb with his former mentor James Jones, who signed with the Raiders last offseason and was the team's most consistent receiver throughout the 2014 season. The question is, would the Raiders be able to convince Cobb to sign with them? They'll likely need to comfortably outbid the next highest bidder to earn rights to his services. If this scenario were to actually come to fruition, Derek Carr would get a nice boost in fantasy value. Analysis: Spencer Silva
