Miami Dolphins General Manager Jeff Ireland annually points out that no player on his roster is off limits in a trade, especially during the NFL draft. That might explain why multiple reports claim receiver Davone Bess, a six-year veteran, could be traded on the eve of the 2013 NFL draft.

Bess could be on the trade market for a late-round pick. He has been rumored to go to Cleveland in which he would compete with youngsters Josh Gordon and Greg Little. However, hes not a No. 1 WR no matter where he goes, but he could be a low 3-high 4 option.

Bess could be a poor-man's Danny Amendola if he winds up on a good team. The Dolphins went from not having any legitimate receivers to having too many, and Bess's fantasy value could go way up if he goes to a good team. This is something to keep an eye on as the draft progresses.
