Trey Burke Headshot

Trey Burke could be benched in favor of Tomas Satoransky for the Wizards.

Added 11/04/16 9:54 am (EST)   Source
Burke's last game was a six minute performance with zero points, one board, and three turnovers. The other Wizard guard backup, Satoransky, could see extended minutes while Burke tries to improve his game. For now, Wall and Beal should continue to play big minutes, and are the only fantasy options at guard for Washington.
Dragan Bender Headshot

Bender (ankle) was able to get up some shots on the court during the Suns' pregame warmup Sunday, Doug Haller of the Arizona Republic reports.

Added 2:56 pm (EST)
Bender has been sidelined since early February after requiring surgery on his right ankle, but the Suns haven't closed the door on him returning at some point during the final two and a half weeks of the season. He's been out of a walking boot for more than a month and may only need to regain conditioning at this point following the long layoff. Once he's cleared to play, Bender would likely serve as the top backup at power forward to Marquese Chriss, resulting in fewer minutes for veteran Jared Dudley.
Deyonta Davis Headshot

Davis was recalled Sunday from the D-League's Iowa Energy.

Added 2:40 pm (EST)
Marc Gasol is dealing with a foot injury and is questionable for Sunday's game against the Warriors, so Davis adds another available body in the frontcourt to make up for a potential absence. If Gasol does play, however, Davis could find minutes hard to come by, especially if the game remains competitive. It wouldn't be surprising if Davis was re-assigned to the Energy shortly after Sunday's contest.
Wade Baldwin Headshot

Baldwin was recalled Sunday from the D-League's Iowa Energy.

Added 2:36 pm (EST)
Baldwin has spent a ton of time in the D-League this season, playing in 33 games for the Energy and posting averages of 12.9 points, 4.3 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 1.3 steals across 28.2 minutes. With Tony Allen recently dealing with knee soreness, Baldwin represents an emergency option in the backcourt in case Allen's injury flares up again. That said, more likely than not, Baldwin will struggle to get minutes, as he's not a member of the team's regular rotation.
Diamond Stone Headshot

Stone (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Kings.

Added 2:25 pm (EST)
Stone has been dealing with a bone bruise to his left knee since the end of February and it's still giving him enough discomfort to keep him on the inactive list Sunday. Even when healthy, Stone wasn't a part of the regular rotation, so he shouldn't be expected to take on a sizable role once cleared. That said, he remains without any sort of timetable for a return and will likely need to log a full practice before being eligible for game situations.
Austin Rivers Headshot

Rivers will join the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Kings, Bill Oram of the Orange County Register reports.

Added 2:17 pm (EST)
J.J. Redick recently suffered a sprained right ankle, so he'll sit out Sunday, which gives Rivers the opportunity to join the top unit. In 28 previous starts this season, Rivers has averaged 16.3 points, 2.6 rebounds and 3.8 assists across 34.2 minutes, so he should have a temporary increase in value and could be an intriguing DFS play Sunday.
J.J. Redick Headshot

Redick is dealing with a sprained right ankle and has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Kings, Bill Oram of the Orange County Register reports.

Added 2:11 pm (EST)
According to Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times, Redick stepped on a basketball and rolled the ankle, so he'll be unavailable Sunday and will be evaluated on a game-to-game basis moving forward. Look for Austin Rivers to enter the starting five in Redick's place, giving him a temporary bump in fantasy value. Redick's next opportunity to play will be Wednesday against the Wizards.
Ryan Anderson Headshot

Anderson (ankle) has been ruled out for the next two weeks, Mark Berman of Fox 26 Houston reports.

Added 2:00 pm (EST)
Anderson's recent MRI on his ankle came back clean, but the Rockets are going to take a cautious approach in order to have him at full strength for the playoffs. If that two-week timetable holds true, Anderson will miss the next six games, with his first shot to return being an Apr. 9 matchup against the Kings. Eric Gordon will get the first crack at joining the starting five Sunday, as the Rockets are opting to go with a smaller three-guard lineup against the Thunder. Sam Dekker, however, should pick up some extra minutes off the bench for the duration of Anderson's absence as well.
Eric Gordon Headshot

Gordon will enter the starting five for Sunday's game against the Thunder, Rockets play-by-play announcer Craig Ackerman reports.

Added 1:51 pm (EST)
Ryan Anderson (ankle) is set to miss at least the next two games, so Gordon should remain in the starting lineup for the duration of that absence. In nine previous starts this season, Gordon has actually seen a small dip in production with averages of 15.6 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.2 assists across 33.1 minutes.
Larry Sanders Headshot

Sanders was assigned Sunday to the D-League's Canton Charge, Sam Amico of FOX Sports Ohio reports.

Added 1:43 pm (EST)
As expected, Sanders will continue to move back and forth between the two rosters, with the D-League offering the opportunity to get him back into game shape. Sanders could be recalled in time for Monday's game against the Spurs, although he's largely remained out of the regular rotation and may not see the floor in a competitive contest.
Jeff Green Headshot

Green (back) won't travel to Toronto for Monday's game against the Raptors, Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Added 1:38 pm (EST)
Green is in line to miss a third straight game Monday, as back spasms continue to limit his availability. With Green out again, Aaron Gordon should continue to see the bulk of the minutes at power forward, while Mario Hezonja could shift over and see some added time off the bench behind Gordon as well. Green's next opportunity to play will be Wednesday against the Thunder.
