NFL Insider Adam Schefter reports the Jets-Bills game will be moved to Monday night at 7 pm in Detroit.

Playing in a dome is the complete opposite of the conditions they would have played in should the game had stayed in Buffalo. Though the Bills have lost their home field advantage the move to the turf should help with their leagues best pass rush and be an advantage to their skill players against a poor Jets team.

NFL will announce the date, time and location for the Jets-Bills game.

And we'll let you know when that actually happens.

Update: Jets-Bills will be moved to Monday in Detroit or Washington.

Buffalo is literally covered in snow, so playing a football game there on Sunday seemed unreasonable. We should have a confirmed location of Detroit or Washington by Friday.

Bills-Jets game won't be played in Buffalo, league announces.

The league was expected to either cancel or move the game, so it looks like a cancellation here. They have not announced a make-up date or time just yet.

The Bills' home game against the Jets is not expected to be played Sunday. The NFL will conduct a conference call with Bills and Jets officials Thursday afternoon to figure it out.

Buffalo is getting hammered with snow right now and there have been talks to move the game either out of Buffalo or move it to Monday. The league should announce their decision following the meeting this afternoon.

New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo said Thursday morning that expecting Sunday's Bills-Jets game to go on as scheduled is likely impractical given the major recovery effort from the ongoing storms in Buffalo.

If that's truly the case, then the NFL will likely explore other venues for the game rather than postpone it. The Bills have played games in Toronto before so that's probably an option once again. Stay tuned for more updates but keep in mind the possibility that there remains a chance you could be without the likes of Sammy Watkins, Eric Decker and Percy Harvin this week.

Bills won't practice on Thursday because of a city-wide driving ban during the blizzard.

Overall, this shouldn't really affect the players that much. The team has a game plan and with technological capabilities, team meetings and such can be conducted online if needed. The day off from practice may even help those who are a little banged up, right Fred Jackson? Hopefully it stops snowing in Buffalo long enough for the team to get back to practice and enable the Jets to travel north for Sunday's game. Stay tuned for more weather updates.

Santonio Holmes visited with the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday.

Well, if there's a team in need of help at the receiver position, it is most definitely the Chiefs. However, Holmes hasn't been fantasy relevant since 2011 and has been considered more of a disruption than anything else. It's difficult to imagine him finding success in Kansas City.

Eagles worked out QB Terrelle Pryor and QB Thad Lewis.

Both players would be no threat to Sanchez's job for the moment, but the Eagles need a backup quarterback with Foles out and Pryor or Lewis could end up with a second or third string job.

The Cardinals extend defensive coordinator Todd Bowles through 2017.

And why wouldn't they? Bowles has helped build one of the league's most formidable defenses and is a major reason behind the team's success. The Cardinals rank fifth in the league against the pass and fourth against the run. The 18.9 points per game they allow is the fourth-lowest in the league.
