After not making his season debut until January 18th, Sullinger is still in the process of getting back up to NBA speed and stamina. He has yet to play more than 17 minutes in any of his five games, and will now head to the D-League for likely just one game to get some additional court time.
Valentine has seen his playing time oscillate for most of the season. He played 24 minutes on January 20th against Atlanta, but hasn't seen any action in Chicago's last 4 games. It could be a temporary move just to get Valentine some action in the D-League. Don't be surprised if he's brought back up in a week or two.
Jackson, who was selected in the second round out of Notre Dame, has been bouncing between the D-League and the Celtics, and it appears as though he's on his way back to the Maine Red Claws of the D-League. Jackson had been dealing with an illness while with the Celtics and did not appear in a game with the team since he was recalled. He's played in just four NBA games this season and will get some much needed playing time in Maine.
White has played well since joining the Heat. He set new career highs in minutes (27), points (10), and rebounds (7) last game in a win over the Nets. He is not worth adding yet, but fantasy owners should keep an eye on him and see if he continues to produce.
McCullough Has been up and down this season between the Nets and the D-League. He will not see enough minutes to make any kind of a real impact on the fantasy world and can be left on the waivers, barring a few injuries in Brooklyn.
Bolomboy has appeared in just nine games for the Jazz this season despite being on the roster for quite some time due to all of the injuries the team has suffered. He should keep his bags packed, however, because he's bound to get the call back to the team sooner rather than later.
Jackson joined the Mavericks earlier this season and after averaging just three points and 1.8 assists in 7.0 minutes per game through four games, they let him go. Dallas gave him another shot 10 days ago and he's stepped up his game and earned another few games. He does not have much fantasy value when the Mavericks backcourt is healthy.
Wright's only logged 5 minutes of action in 12 January games with the Raptors so he doesn't have much fantasy value. The timing for his call up gives Toronto some needed depth at PG as Kyle Lowry stayed in the game tonight against San Antonio despite suffering an injury in the final minutes. Wright likely won't see much game time unless there are multiple, serious injuries.
This is a peculiar move seeing how Denver already has a pretty big logjam at the guard position. Williams figures to have no real role with the Nuggets, similar to long-time veteran Mike Miller already has with the team. Williams slots in behind Mudiay, Nelson and Murray on the depth chart. With all that being said, it's expected that Denver will actually waive Williams for salary cap purposes.
Though he was recalled from the D-league, he's still very unlikely to play any minutes. With Trevor Booker and Quincy Acy ahead of him on the depth chart then don't expect any fantasy relevance out of McCullough.
