Andrew Bogut Headshot

Andrew Bogut (hamstring) doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Spurs.

Due to Bogut's vast injury history, he likely won't return to Sunday's game. Even if the injury was very minor, the Mavericks are going to side with caution. Bogut grabbed two rebounds and one assist before exiting Sunday.
Taj Gibson Headshot

Taj Gibson (ankle) will not play on Sunday.

Gibson has been experiencing some soreness in his ankle and he will not play tonight against the Sixers. The 31-year-old has been a key cog for the Bulls this season, starting 47 games and averaging 11.6 points and 7.1 rebounds in just over 27 minutes played per game. Gibson's absence from the lineup could mean a big night for Jimmy Butler seeing that Butler is averaging 10 more fantasy points per game when Gibson sits so far this season.
Kevin Love Headshot

Kevin Love (back spasms) will not return to Sunday's game.

Added 01/29/17 4:50 pm (EST)   Source
Those who used Love in daily fantasy contests today are surely a bit sour upon seeing this news, given the fact that Love scored just one point and snatched eight boards before leaving the game. The Cavaliers power forward will not return to today's game due to back spasms, and it's uncertain if the injury is something that will continue to bother him over the next few days. Channing Frye and Richard Jefferson both played more than 10 minutes in the first half, and they should continue to see heavy usage in the second half with Love out.
Evan Fournier Headshot

Evan Fournier (heel) will not play on Sunday.

Added 01/29/17 4:44 pm (EST)   Source
Fournier has been held out of game action for five straight games and it appears as though he will not suit up tonight against the Timberwolves. His heel injury is apparently still seriously bothering him, and no timetable has been given for a potential return to the lineup. Elfrid Payton and D.J. Augustin should continue to see an increased amount of playing time tonight with Fournier sidelined.
DeMar DeRozan Headshot

Raptors coach Dwyane Casey told reporters the team is taking a wait and see approach with DeMar DeRozan's availability for Sunday's game.

DeRozan has been sidelined for the last three games due to a sprained ankle and it seems as though he's going to be a game-time decision for tonight's game. Raptors coach Dwayne Casey said the team is taking a "wait and see" approach which makes it sound like they are not confident that he will be able to play tonight. If DeRozan can't go, Norman Powell should continue to experience a jolt in fantasy relevance due to his increased minutes at the two guard position.
Julius Randle Headshot

Julius Randle (pneumonia) is questionable to play on Tuesday.

Added 01/29/17 4:31 pm (EST)   Source
Randle was at Laker's practice today but didn't participate due to the fact that he has pneumonia, and he's considered to be questionable for Los Angeles' game on Tuesday. He's been held out of the lineup for the past two games due to his illness, and it's hard to imagine him being able to play through pneumonia, so he will definitely have to be feeling almost 100 percent in order to suit up. Tarik Black would likely get another start at power forward if Randle can't go on Tuesday.
David West Headshot

David West (thumb) has been ruled out for Sunday's game.

Added 01/29/17 3:22 pm (EST)   Source
West has been out close to two weeks at this point, which was expected. On the season, West does not provide anything in fantasy, so his being out is more of an impact in real life than in fantasy.
Stephen Curry Headshot

Steph Curry (flu) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Portland.

Shaun Livingston figures to get the run at the point guard spot Sunday in Curry's absence. Klay Thompson gets a bump for Sunday's DFS slate.
Derrick Rose Headshot

Derrick Rose (ankle) is in a walking boot and may not return before the weekend.

In the meantime, add Brandon Jennings if he is available. The veteran has been a nice fill in for Rose in games he has missed so far in 2016-'17. He also becomes a solid DFS play until Rose returns.
Nikola Jokic Headshot

Nikola Jokic (hip) could return "in the middle of next week."

Added 01/29/17 1:57 pm (EST)   Source
Excellent news for owners, as it was feared he would be out an extended period of time. Jokic has enjoyed a breakout season, with averages of 15.5 points, eight rebounds and four assists per game. Jusuf Nurkic will continue to fill until Jokic is back.
