Rajon Rondo scored six points grabbed six rebounds and had 11 assists in Friday's loss to the Lakers.

The Celtics decided to hold onto Rondo following Thursday's trade deadline, but he did not show his gratefulness in Friday's efforts. Rondo was just 2-for-12 from the field leading to only six points, but at least for his fantasy owners he was able to contribute on other areas while limiting his turnovers. Although he is shooting under 40 percent since making his season debut last month, Rondo is still a must-start in all fantasy formats.

Update: It’s no secret Boston has dangled Rajon Rondo league-wide and while the asking price is steep, he has piqued the interest of Toronto’s front office, according to multiple sources.

The Celtics are reportedly asking for two unprotected first round picks, at least one young stud in the making, and all the nachos they can eat for a lifetime. Ok well maybe not the last one, but the Celtics are in a position to drive a hard bargain since they are not forced to move Rondo for he is under contract through next season. Reportedly the Kings had proposed an offer that the Celtics liked, but Rondo would not commit to resigning with Sacramento, so the deal has been nixed.

Rajon Rondo recorded a double-double that included 15 points and 12 assists in Sunday's loss to Dallas.

Rondo was able to return to the court on Sunday after missing Friday's game, recording his second double-double in five games. He has looked good since making his season debut, but he doesn't appear to be at the level we have grown accustomed to seeing from him. Now that his minutes restriction appears to be over, more fantasy production should be on the way.

Rajon Rondo should play Sunday, but won't play in a back-to-back; out tomorrow.

Rondo makes a great play in daily fantasy leagues as he has owned the Mavericks in his career. Despite is production, he will be hard to start in weekly lineup leagues because he will randomly miss games.
