Jose Calderon had nine points (3-7 FGA, 2-2 FTA) and went one-for-three from deep with five assists and a rebound in the Knicks' 91-86 loss to the Rockets on Monday.

Calderon continues to work his way back from an injury that cost him the first 13 games of the season. While not a volume scorer, he's a great source of assists and will prop up a team's shooting percentages across the board.

Jose Calderon is in the Knicks starting lineup on Saturday against the 76ers.

Calderon's been out for all of the regular reason due to a calf strain, and he fully participated in practice on Friday. The Knicks will probably take it slow and limit his minutes, but he'll make his season debut at point guard on Saturday.

Jose Calderon is listed as probable for Saturday's game.

After practicing in full on Friday, it is looking good for him to make his season debut. Whether he starts or comes off the bench, it will not be long before he takes over as the starting point guard for the Knicks. Playing Saturday is not a given, to be sure, but the probable designation does give his owners hope to get some value out of him this week.

Jose Calderon (calf) practiced in full Friday.

Calderon finally looks like he's ready to make his season-debut. He may have to come off the bench Saturday, but eventually he should take over the starting point guard job. It could finally be time to activate him.

The Knicks are laying the groundwork for not only Andrea Bargani to make his season debut Saturday against the Sixers, but Jose Calderon as well.

We expect to see Calderon back to practice on Friday at the latest. The Knicks have been relying on second year point guard Shane Larkin but they could lose his leadership and abilities at the point. The Knicks are now running the Triangle offense which relies on a smart and steady point guard to run it effectively. As soon as Calderon can return, he's expected to take over as the team's starting point guard. He should be owned in all leagues.

Jose Calderon (calf) is not expected to practice Monday, but could practice later this week.

The Knicks have patiently been waiting for the debut of the sharp shooting veteran PG. New York appears to be getting used to the triangle offense as they just had a convincing win on Sunday against the Nuggets. Although the offense appears to be coming along, adding Calderon should prove to be game changing for the Knicks. His outstanding three point shooting and savvy playmaking ability should add another dimension to this triangle offense, giving the Knicks a more potent starting five. His rumored next week debut can't come soon enough for the Knicks.

Jose Calderon (calf) did not practice Thursday and will not play Wednesday against Orlando.

Calderon has yet to play this season for the Knicks after suffering a calf injury during the preseason. It is expected that once he returns he will take over as the Knicks starting point guard.

Knicks head coach Derek Fisher says Jose Calderon (calf) could practice Tuesday.

Calderon was actually expected to miss another two weeks, so a practice Tuesday would certainly be encouraging. In the meantime, you can expect Shane Larkin to continue seeing the extra minutes while Calderon is out and the rest of the Knicks options are banged up.

Jose Calderon (calf) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game.

Calderon has yet to play this season, and Shane Larkin has excelled during his absence. He is expected to miss around two more weeks because of his troublesome calf.

Andrea Bargnani and Jose Calderon are both listed as out for Sunday.

Calderon's calf strain will sideline him for two to three weeks. Bargnani is due back from his hamstring injury next week some time, but he is just a bench player with Samuel Dalembert, Amar'e Stoudemire and Jason Smith above him on the depth chart at center.
