Latest Update Wilin Rosario is not in the Rockies starting lineup on Saturday. Sat Sep, 20, 02:20 PM
Has an ideal catchers' frame (5-11, 220 pounds), including a strong lower base. Owns good receiving skills and plenty of power & run-producing ability.
Flaws: : Could stand to draw more walks in order to maximize his home-run potential at the big-league level. Also needs to become a bit more consistent in all areas.
Just like his teammate Michael Cuddyer, it's surprising to see him sitting today, as he is batting .619 with six runs, two home runs, and 10 RBI's over his last five games. He'll take a break on Saturday though, and should be back behind the plate on Sunday. Analyst: Ben Diamond
Rosario is now 13-for-21 (.619 BA) with four extra-base hits and 10 RBI over his last five games as he continues to try and finish his season on a high note. Through 363 at-bats he is hitting .270 with 12 home runs and 53 RBI, which is respectable enough to finish the season in starting lineups. Analyst: Matthew Beck
We were hoping for more games like this from Rosario this season, but it was nice to see him make it look easy on Thursday night. He has had his struggles this year, but he'll look to end this season on a positive note.Analyst: David Kerr
Rosario has been limited to just 99 games this season hitting .257 with 40 runs, 11 home runs and 48 RBI.Analyst: Jonathan Impemba
