Latest Update Anthony Rizzo went 3-for-4 with a home run, two RBI, two runs scored, a walk and a stolen base in the Cubs win over the Brewers on Sunday. Sun Sep, 28, 05:40 PM
Generates great power, thanks to his big frame, and can produce runs with aplomb. His size is also an asset as a target at first base. Is always willing to draw walks.
Flaws: : Could still stand to cut down on his high number of strikeouts even more, and also work a little harder on hitting for a better average. Isn't a very efficient runner.
Who know what Rizzo's final stat line would have been if he didn't go down with that back injury. Regardless, Rizzo had a breakout 2014. He was fantasy gold this year for owners who took a chance on the Cubs' first baseman. He ends the year with a .286 average, 32 long balls, and 78 RBIs. He surpassed all of his 2013 numbers except falling four RBIs short, and truly was one of fantasy's best first baseman. Expect him to be a rather early draft pick next year.Analyst: Colby Conway
Whitehurst struggled and was inefficient in moving the Titans offense today against the Colts. He was replaced later in the game by rookie Zach Mettenberger. The Titans got behind early and could never recover against Indianapolis. Avoid playing Whitehurst in your fantasy league.Analyst: Colby Conway
With Jake Locker dealing with an injured wrist, the Titans will turn to Whitehurst to try and get the team back in the win column. Those participating in DFS contests in Week 4 will want to give Whitehurst a look as he will come in as one of the lowest priced quarterbacks on the board in a favorable matchup. Rizzo missed time with a sore back, but has picked up where he left off. The stud first baseman is now batting .282 with 31 home runs.Analyst: David Kerr
