Latest Update Anthony Gose went 2-for-2 with a RBI, three runs scored and a walk in the Blue Jays victory over the Cubs on Wednesday. Wed Sep, 10, 10:39 PM
Boasts great base-stealing ability, is a great base-runner and displays pretty good power potential. Also uses his great speed effectively in the outfield. Is also capable of drawing walks.
Flaws: : Must cut down on his high strikeout totals in order to maximize his table-setting skills at the big-league level. Also must prove he can hit lefties with regularity.
Gose was perfect at the plate today, but it hasn't always been like that this season. He accumulated his tenth RBI on the season in today's blow out victory. Gose should not be starting in any fantasy lineups.Analyst: Colby Conway
With Edwin Encarnacion coming off the DL on Friday, Gose is the guy to head back to the minors to clear room on the 25-mann roster. He'll be back up once rosters expand in September, but obviously with a much more limited value.Analyst: Howard Bender
Gose made the best of his start on Thursday, smacking his first home run of the season in a losing effort. He is now slashing .239/.340/.301 with just seven extra-base hits and nine RBI over 163 at-bats, so unless he turns up his production down the stretch there is now reason he should be drafted in any format moving forward.Analyst: Matthew Beck
Although it was a nice showing from Gose, he is still hitting .245 with zero home runs and eight RBI through 147 at-bats in 2014. Until he puts it all together he should remain on the waiver wire in most fantasy formats. Analyst: Matthew Beck
