Is quite toolsy and athletic. Plays good defense in the field and boasts a good power/speed package at bat. His athleticism is a major plus.
Flaws: : Is inconsistent, especially at the plate. Needs more work on his walk/strikeout ratio in order to maximize his offensive production.
Cain had filled the three-hole nicely this postseason, and Tuesday he showed excellent discipline at the dish, drawing two walks. He's emerged as one of KC's best all-around players, playing spectacular defense and hitting for a high-average.
