Latest Update Hill (pinkie) is out of the lineup Friday Fri Sep, 26, 06:42 PM
Has a great approach at the plate, including a compact power swing and a pretty good eye. Can carry an offense for stretches. A doubles machine with very good home-run power, he also plays a smooth second base.
Flaws: : Could be even better with a slightly improved walk/strikeout ratio. Doesn't make great use of his pretty good speed when running the bases. Injuries can be an issue for him, so durability is a concern.
Hill dislocated his finger on Monday while sliding into home plate. He could most certainly miss the last three games of the season.Analyst: David Kerr
He hasn't played much recently because the Diamonbacks are playing their younger players so they assess them for next season and beyond. Analyst: Mark Kaplan
This comes after he did not play the past three games. His playing status is likely not going to favor keeping him in your lineup as the fantasy season winds down.Analyst: Ivar G. Anderson
Hill will heed to Jake Lamb for the third time in his last five games and hasn't recorded a hit since September 16th. His playing time is getting smaller and smaller as the Diamondbacks limp to the end of the year, and despite his upside, he's not a viable option in fantasy.Analyst: Ben Diamond
