Week 5 started out slowly and heading into the afternoon games the popular sentiments from around the industry was that this was a “down” week. Then the Broncos and the Cowboys took to the field to bless us with 99 points and an unbelievable 1039 yards of total offense. Also, for the first time since week 1 we had three games yet to be played once the Broncos and Cowboys game ended. So, what was a slow week has turned out to be another week filled with production. Both the NFL and fantasy football community are all abuzz with the recent news that the Cleveland Browns just traded running back Trent Richardson to the Indianapolis Colts in exchange for a future first-round pick. Apparently Richardson doesn’t fit into coach Rob Chudzinski’s offensive game plan and the team would rather just tank the year than go on fooling themselves, thinking that T-Rich is part of the problem and not the solution.
