Dellin Betances Headshot

Yankees GM Brian Cashman said he wouldn't feel the need to talk with Dellin Betances about losing the closer job. Said Betances was never anointed as 2017 closer.

It was clear that Betances didn't feel comfortable as a closer with his five blown saves, but he's an elite option as a set-up man. The right-hander will once again provide huge upside in fantasy leagues in 2017.

Ryan Mathews Headshot

Ryan Mathews is ready to go for Week 14.

Mathews has missed the last two weeks due to a knee injury but comes back in time to face off against the 22nd ranked rushing defense. It remains to be seen how much the running back will be involved, but he should take over as the lead back with Darren Sproles returning to the change of pace back. Wendell Smallwood takes the biggest hit and can be avoided this week.

Maurice Ndour Headshot

Maurice Ndour (ankle) will play Friday.

The forward played 10 minutes on Wednesday due to the Knicks getting blown out by the Cavaliers, but did not score a point. Ndour is not in the rotation and can be avoided.
