Oh Week 7, you vex me. The Bye weeks are manageable for one more week before all hell breaks loose in Weeks 8 & 9 when six teams are out of action each week, but every week is important in the push for the fantasy football playoffs. That means we've got one more week of fairly normal plays since most clubs are still active. However, which guys have the best matchups? Which guys are in line for touch matchups this week? Oh hell, we'll focus more on the guys you should feel good about having in your lineup this week when we talk Week 7 matchups.
Week 6 started out like a thud with Touchdowns from such fantasy stalwarts as Cory Harkey, Joseph Fauria & Thaddeus Lewis before the usual suspects came through to save the day. But as good as Cam Newton, JaMaal Charles and Marshawn Lynch were others such as Jimmy Graham, Ray Rice and Calvin Johnson fell flat. But no matter how bad you may have lost your matchup this week the Packers may have lost even worse considering both Randall Cobb and James Jones left with significant leg injuries. Let’s take a look at all of the games played on this Sunday of Week 6 from a Fantasy Football perspective.
It's Week 6, and things are starting to crystallize in the world of fantasy football. Guys like Vick and Daniels can't stay healthy, what a shock. Guys like Brees and Romo continue to get it done, what a shock. Youngsters like Lacy and Cameron are establishing themselves as weekly starters. Which fellas on the gridiron have the best matchups for Week 6? So glad you asked as we've got a lot of information to share with you in your quest to emerge with the “W” in the sixth week of the NFL season.
Week 3 is going to be remembered more for who didn’t do what rather than who actually showed up this week. There were so many disappointments this week from Marshawn Lynch ruining the greatest of matchups to the entire Giants offense soaking the bed with diarrhea. Then of course it just wouldn’t have been a Sunday of Football without several notable RB’s going down with injuries. While we wait on more news from C.J. Spiller, Daryl Richardson, James Starks and Chris Ivory let’s sit back and review everything that happened in Week 3.
