Bryce Petty Headshot

Jets coach Todd Bowles told reporters that Bryce Petty will be the Jets starting quarterback for the rest of the season.

Even though this might have been the plan going into tonight's game, Ryan Fitzpatrick's performance made the decision a bit easier. Fitzpatrick threw for 81 yards with one pick, and while Petty did throw a touchdown pass, he also threw two picks and completed under half of his passes. Petty is a low-end QB2 quarterback moving forward, while Fitzpatrick isn't even worth owning.

Antonio Allen Headshot

Jets defensive back Antonio Allen is being evaluated for a head injury.

The Jets secondary isn't any good but losing Allen certainly won't make it any better. He will not return to this game and should be considered questionable for their next contest.

Eric Gordon Headshot

Rockets guard Eric Gordon (ankle) expects to play on Wednesday.

Gordon expects to play tomorrow after rolling his ankle. He has been a valuable contributor in the points department this season, but he offers little value outside of that category. Through the early part of the season, he is in the conversation for sixth man of the year.

Quandre Diggs Headshot

Lions corner back Quandre Diggs (shoulder) will miss the rest of the season.

The Detroit secondary is thin enough and now they will be without Quandre Diggs the rest of the way. Diggs started four games this year and made 44 tackles. He was not useful in IDP formats whatsoever.

Jordan Zimmermann Headshot

Tigers pitcher Jordan Zimmerman had injections in his neck to help with neck pain that he was suffering.

Zimmermann dealt with neck pain during the season and he finally received some injections. It was a rough year for Zimmermann in a Tigers uniform, going 9-7 with a 4.87 ERA and 1.37 WHIP. One has to think he bounces back this year, but he will likely still be available in the mid-to-late rounds of your draft.

Andrew Bogut Headshot

Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle told reporters that Andrew Bogut suffered a hyperextended knee and that x-rays on his knee came back clean.

The X-rays came back clean, which is good, but he still suffered a hyperextended knee. Given his injury and brittle body, he will likely take a few nights off before returning to the lineup. Consider him day-to-day.

Scott Tolzien Headshot

Scott Tolzien has replaced Andrew Luck at quarterback for the Colts.

Don't worry Andrew Luck owners, there is no injury here. After slinging four touchdown passes against the anemic New York Jets, there is no need to leave him out there when the game is over. Tolzien will look to run out the clock by handing off the ball a bunch.

Dwyane Wade Headshot

Dwayne Wade will play on Tuesday according to coach Fred Hoiberg.

Wade didn't play the second game of the team's latest back-to-back, but according to coach Hoiberg, he's going to play this time. Wade dropped 34 points tonight against Portland and he's a quality play tomorrow night against Detroit.

Richaun Holmes Headshot

Richaun Holmes will start at center for the 76ers on Tuesday against the Grizzlies.

With Joel Embiid likely getting the night off, Holmes will get the start at the five-spot for the 76ers. He scored 11 points with eight rebounds tonight, making him a nice value play tomorrow against Memphis.

Bryce Petty Headshot

Bryce Petty is replacing Ryan Fitzpatrick at quarterback for the Jets in the second half.

Ryan Fitzpatrick was terrible in the first half, leading the Jets to just three points. Sure, a drop here and there didn't help, but he hasn't been anything to get excited about this season. Fitzpatrick was 5-for-12 for 81 yards and an interception before giving way to Petty.
