Carroll missed significant time last season with knee surgery, and when he did play he claims to have not been 100% healthy and struggled quite a bit. He hopes to be fully healthy when the regular season rolls around, and the fact that he's looking to play games already is a good sign. He's got some upside as a late-round flier.
