The Ravesn need some good news on the injury front. Pitta has not played in an NFL game since 2014. In fact, he has played in just seven since 2012 when he hauled in 61 passes for 669 yards and seven touchdowns.
Edelman has apparently been running and catching passes outside of practice, but he has yet to get on the field in training camp. He is close to joining in on official practices. Edelman played in just nine regular-season games last year.
Amendola is seemingly an ever-present part of the injury report. The veteran wide receiver is a decent option in the passing game when he plays, but that is always up in the air.
The trial against Rose is set to begin on October 4th, so it could obviously have an impact on the veteran point guard's ability to mesh with his new teammates during the preseason. There is still a chance of Rose actually settling this case out of court before the trial begins.
