Thomas Rawls Headshot

RB Thomas Rawls did get back to running this week, but is still a few weeks away.

With Rawls still a few weeks away, Christine Michael will continue to get virtually all of the teams carries. Rawls was a monster last season when he took over the starting reigns but the injury he suffered last year set him back. Christine Michael is the clear number one, even when Rawls returns.

Michael Bennett Headshot

Coach Pete Carroll said there is a possibility of knee surgery for Michael Bennett.

Bennett is arguably the most valuable piece of the Seahawks defense and they can't afford to lose him. He's only had three sacks this year, but he constantly puts pressure on opposing quarterbacks and draws constant double teams, allowing his teammates to beat their one-on-one matchups. Continue to monitor his status.

Russell Wilson Headshot

Russell Wilson is no longer listed on the Week 8 injury report.

Although Wilson isn't listed on the injury report, he hasn't done anything to prove he's full healthy just yet. He hasn't been able to establish any sort of running game as 16 yards on the ground is his biggest outburst. Other than one game against the Jets, he's been a mediocre fantasy option at best. It's reasonable to not start him until he proves he can be the Wilson of old once again.

C.J. Anderson Headshot

Update: Broncos have placed RB C.J. Anderson on Injured Reserve.

Anderson's season has officially come to an end on Friday just seven games into the season. His 2016-'17 season comes to an end with 437 yards rushing and three touchdowns. He also contributed 128 yards receiving and was able to reach the end zone on one pass. Devontae Booker is now the guy in Denver and if he hasn't been acquired in all leagues already, he needs to be.

Mike Scott Headshot

Mike Scott (knee) will not play Saturday.

Scott wasn't able to suit up for the Hawks in their season opener either, as his knee hasn't healed fully. Scott should be considered day-to-day as his status will continue to be updated each day,

Doug McDermott Headshot

Bulls announced they exercised its fourth-year option on forward Doug McDermott, and the third-year options on guard Jerian Grant and forward Bobby Portis.

We could have expected this for all three players as they are likely to be incritcate part of the Bulls moving forward. McDermott and Portis are the two with the biggest upside. Portis is the one with the highest fantasy ceiling.

Quinten Rollins Headshot

Packers CB Quinten Rollins (groin) has been ruled out for Week 8.

This is going to be the third straight game Rollins misses this season as his groin injury continues to be very serious. Randall has eight tackles and four pass deflections this season.

Ty Montgomery Headshot

Ty Montgomery (illness) is listed as questionable for Week 8 against the Falcons.

Unfortunately for Montgomery, he's gotten sick at the wrong time. He should be ready by Sunday but if not, Don Jackson and Knile Davis will take all the snaps at RB. If Montgomery plays, he should see somewhere from 15-20 touches like he did in Week 7. His RB/WR eligibility gives him value that no other player across the league has.
