Jakob Silfverberg Headshot

Silfverberg picked up a goal, assist and plus-2 rating with a game-high nine shots on goal in Friday's 3-1 win against the Jets.

Silfverberg has career highs with 21 goals and 44 points with a chance at his first 50-point season if he continues to produce steady results. He also has a career-best five power-play goals and seven points on the man advantage. Silfverberg is locked into a top-six forward role and remains a decent depth option in most fantasy pools.

Jonathan Bernier Headshot

Bernier allowed just one goal on 18 shots in Friday's 3-1 win against the Jets.

Bernier has posted an 8-1-1 record over his past 10 outings dating back to March 3, as he has filled in admirably for the injured John Gibson (lower body). Head coach Randy Carlyle indicated he plans to ride the hot hand even when Gibson is ready to return, at least until Bernier shows signs of cooling down.
3:34 am (EST)
Marc-Edouard Vlasic Headshot

Vlasic left Friday's game against the Sharks early due to an undisclosed injury and he appeared to be walking gingerly after the game, Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area reports.

Vlasic has been having a rough week, as he was out earlier due to a bout with the flu. Consider him day-to-day for now. If Vlasic is forced to miss time it would likely be Dylan DeMelo drawing into the lineup in his absence.
3:27 am (EST)
Justin Braun Headshot

Braun posted four blocked shots in Friday's 6-1 loss against the Stars.

Braun has set a new career high with 150 blocked shots. He also has managed a career-best 126 hits, but that's about the only two categories he steadily contributes for fantasy owners.
3:21 am (EST)
Aaron Dell Headshot

Dell yielded six goals on 29 shots in Friday's 6-1 loss against the Stars.

It was actually a rare poor showing for Dell who had allowed a total of 11 goals over his past seven starts. Dell continues to be a serviceable No. 2 netminder in seasonal pools allowing daily moves. He is also a solid DFS option going forward, although he obviously did no one any favors in this outing.
3:17 am (EST)
Kari Lehtonen Headshot

Lehtonen allowed just one goal on 21 shots in Friday's 6-1 victory against the Sharks.

After a rough February the veteran goaltender has bounced back nicely in March. He has allowed a total of just eight goals over his past five starts, winning three of those outings. Lehtonen has reemerged as a decent No. 2 fantasy option down the stretch.
3:14 am (EST)
Curtis McKenzie Headshot

McKenzie picked up two assists with a plus-2 rating in Friday's 6-1 win against the Sharks.

McKenzie has managed a goal with four points over his past six outings. Despite the decent offensive production lately he remains useful only in the deepest of fantasy leagues for his hits (94) and penalty minutes (67).
3:11 am (EST)
Remi Elie Headshot

Elie posted a pair of assists with a plus-3 rating in Friday's 6-1 victory against the Sharks.

The P.E.I. native has managed a goal with five points through 10 games, performing at a half-point per game clip. That's exactly what he was doing at the AHL level. He is doing an admirable job filling in for Antoine Roussel (upper body), but he remains a bottom-six forward and is only worth a look in deeper pools.
3:07 am (EST)
Jason Spezza Headshot

Spezza posted three assists and a plus-2 rating in Friday's 6-1 win against the Sharks.

Spezza is enjoying a very productive March, posting three goals with 11 points through nine games. As long as he is posting at a point-per-game clip he is a solid fantasy option across the board. He remains a fairly decent bargain in DFS play, too.
3:05 am (EST)
Brett Ritchie Headshot

Ritchie scored a goal with a plus-1 rating, two hits and a blocked shot in Friday's 6-1 win against the Sharks.

Ritchie has been a solid fantasy option in pools using the hits (137) category while posting respectable offensive totals (14 goals, eight assists) and a plus-12 rating. Three of his goals have come over the past six games.
