Lucas Nogueira Headshot

Lucas Nogueira (concussion) will not play in Friday's game.

Nogueira is still in the league's concussion protocol and as such, he will not be able to play tonight against the Hornets. The Brazilian center experienced blurred vision earlier this week and doesn't seem to be fully healed after being concussed earlier this week. With Nogueira and Patterson both confirmed as out for tonight's game, the Raptors will likely lean on Jared Sullinger and Jonas Valanciunas against Charlotte on Friday.

Patrick Patterson Headshot

Patrick Patterson (knee) will not play in Friday's game.

Patterson has been dealing with soreness in his left knee and it appears as though he's set to miss his fifth consecutive game due to the injury. With Patterson out, Paskal Siakam will likely start at forward in his absence. Siakam doesn't make for a great fantasy play however, so I would steer clear of him for DFS purposes.

Jabaal Sheard Headshot

Jabaal Sheard (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game.

Sheard is currently carrying a knee injury and is considered to be questionable for Sunday's game but he hasn't missed any games due to his knee, so it's likely that he will suit up against the Steelers. Sheard has been in Belichick's dog house for most of the season and has not been very effective when he's played, registering just five sacks and 20 tackles this season.

Jon Leuer Headshot

Jon Leuer (knee) is questionable for Saturday's game.

Leuer has missed the Pistons last five games due to a bone bruise in his right knee and is questionable to play tomorrow against the Wizards. We should know more about his status after the team's shootaround tomorrow. The 27-year-old from Minnesota has put together a nice year for himself, averaging 10.9 points and 6.1 rebounds in just north of 26 minutes per game. If Leuer can't go, Tobias Harris will likely draw the start against Washington.

Jadeveon Clowney Headshot

Sean Smith fined $24,309 for hit on Jadeveon Clowney.

Jadeveon Clowney was fined over $18,000 for a hit on Patriots quarterback Tom Brady which was deemed to be late. In today's NFL, late hits can be pretty dicey penalties but Clowney's hit was deemed unfair by the league. Clowney played a solid game at any rate, registering two tackles and a tackle for a loss and pressuring Brady on multiple occasions.

Ricardo Mathews Headshot

Ricardo Mathews (ankle) will play in Sunday's game.

Mathews has been suffering from an injury to his right ankle, which kept him sidelined for two games, but he's expected to play against New England on Sunday. The 29-year-old played in all 16 regular season games for the Steelers, starting five, and registered one sack and eight tackles.

Sammy Watkins Headshot

Sammy Watkins underwent another surgery on his foot from Dr. Robert Watkins. The team anticipates he’ll be ready for training camp

After playing just eight games this season due to a foot injury it appears as though Watkins had another procedure done on his foot recently. Multiple foot surgeries in such a short period of time are never a good sign but the Bills brass appears to believe that he'll be ready for training camp. With that being said, training camp is a long ways off so we'll just have to wait and see how Watkins recovers from the procedure. The former Clemson wideout caught just 28 passes for 430 yards and two scores this season and has played just 21 games over the past two years for Buffalo.

Jordy Nelson Headshot

Jordy Nelson is listed as questionable for Sunday's game.

Nelson suffered two fractured ribs on a borderline hit during the Packers Wild Card Weekend win over the Giants and is currently suffering from an illness as well but he's considered to be questionable for Sunday's game. At this point, it's tough to see how Nelson would play so quickly after fracturing two of his ribs but with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line, you never know if a guy will grit it out and play through the pain. If Nelson and Davante Adams are available to play for Green Bay, it would be a huge boost to the team's already prolific passing game.

Quinten Rollins Headshot

Quinten Rollins (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game.

Rollins has been sidelined for both of the Packers playoff games due to a concussion and it appears as though he will be a game-time decision for Sunday's game. Rollins has been reportedly close to clearing the league's concussion protocol, which he must do if he wants to play on Sunday. If Rollins is unable to suit up on Sunday, Herb Waters and Josh Hawkins would see a boost in playing time against a talented Falcons receiving corps.

Davante Adams Headshot

Davonte Adams is listed as questionable for Sunday's game.

Adams suffered a sprained ankle during the Packers win over the Cowboys and he's been listed as questionable for Sunday's tilt against the Falcons. With so much riding on this next game, it's hard to imagine that Adams would be held out unless the injury severely hampers his ability to cut and run effective routes. I'd expect Adams to be a game-time decision but it would be surprising if he didn't at least suit up and try to play on Sunday.
