Wade also hurt his leg after an awkward landing and with Jonas Valanciunas falling on him. He's been dealing with a left knee issue and it seems like this injury was unrelated. The bigger problem for the Heat was their 21 turnovers in this loss in a game they probably should've won. They'll head to Miami for Game 3 with this series all tied up 1-1 and Wade should continue to be a viable DFS pick despite the health issues as long as he suits up.
Whiteside looked to have hurt his left elbow in this game, but he didn't need to miss time. Although, he did not look very healthy in this game with Jonas Valanciunas beating him to rebounds and contributing with a number of easy buckets to boot. Whiteside's knee is likely a bigger concern and he's now playing huge minutes with 39 in Game 1 and 2.
Goran Dragic scored 20 points (8-12 FGA, 2-2 FTA) going 2-for-2 from three-point range with four rebounds, four assists and one block over 35 minutes in Thursday's 96-92 overtime loss against the Raptors.
Dragic also received three stitches on the inside of his lip and five on the outside. His bottom teeth went through his lip and to make matters worse he was charged with a blocking foul on the play. Dragic hit a clutch 3-pointer at the end of regulation and despite the loss is dominating Kyle Lowry on both ends of the floor in this series.
