Breaking Fantasy Football News & Lineup Alarms

Lions coach Jim Schwartz said there's a possibility that Nate Burleson will return this week. He's on a good track. (RotoInfo.com) (11/18)
Expert Advice: Burleson is worth a speculative add if you have a roster space to burn in nearly all formats. We've seen Kris Durham be productive in the #2 role and Burleson started the year strong before injury. He's worth a WR 3 in most leagues if he picks up where he left off.
WR - Jac
Mike Brown is questionable this week with a sprained AC joint. (RotoInfo.com) (11/18)
Expert Advice: Stephen Burton sat Sunday after sustaining a concussion Week 10; if he and Brown are out against Houston, Ace Sanders would be a nice play for deep leagues and salary cap games.

Jaguars coach Gus Bradley confirmed that Chad Henne will be the starting quarterback Sunday for the Jaguars. (RotoInfo.com) (11/18)

Miles Austin (hamstring) has returned to practice on Monday. (RotoInfo.com) (11/18)

According to the Broncos, Wes Welker indeed suffered a concussion during Sunday night's win over the Chiefs. (RotoInfo.com) (11/18)
Expert Advice: Now that it was confirmed that we know Welker did in fact suffer a concussion, his status for Sunday's showdown with the Patriots is cloudy. He will have to go through the mandatory testing given by the league in order to play in Week 12, so fantasy owners will want to check on his progression throughout the week and start to prepare for the worst.
RB - Cle
Willis McGahee only played 13 snaps on Sunday. Chris Ogbonnaya played 48 and Fozzy Whittaker played 23 snaps. (RotoInfo.com) (11/18)
Expert Advice: A fumble kept Ogbonnaya from having a really nice game, but he did have more carries Sunday (eight) than the three previous games combined. Ogbonnaya is still available in a ton of leagues, and he is a must-add in advance of Cleveland's matchup with the Steelers this week.
QB - Ten
Jake Locker said he's having foot surgery Wednesday. (RotoInfo.com) (11/18)
Expert Advice: Although it was in limited games due to injuries, Locker showed he can be a solid fantasy contributor, taking the next step forward in his progression. Obviously this season-ending injury will set him back slightly, but he is someone to keep an eye on heading into the 2014 season.
TE - Den
Broncos tight end Julius Thomas returned to Sunday night's game after suffering a knee injury in the third quarter. According to the Denver Post's Mike Klis, the injury is at least notable, and there will be more tests done on Monday. (RotoInfo.com) (11/18)
Expert Advice: Considering Thomas was able to return to Sunday's game following a knee injury, there is little to no chance he misses the Broncos Week 12 clash with the Patriots. Let's just hope he doesn't suffer a setback during practice this week.
WR - SD
Keenan Allen was injured in the Chargers loss to the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. The Chargers wide receiver had a tough first play to the fourth quarter. He suffered a right knee injury. 'Just hope for the best,' Allen said of his sideline thoughts for the final sequence. 'Can't do anything about it.'The early sense is Allen suffered a hypertension. In 2012, he missed the end of his junior season at California with a knee injury, that one to his left.He showed no apparent limp when walking after the game. (RotoInfo.com) (11/18)
Expert Advice: Allen was spotted with his right knee wrapped and iced on the Chargers sideline, but there has been no official report from the team stating the extent of his injury. Fantasy owners will want to keep a close eye on this situation over the next few days, considering the Chargers are already short-handed at wide receiver.
WR - KC
Dexter McCluster had five catches for 53 yards in Sunday night's Week 11 loss to the Broncos. (RotoInfo.com) (11/18)
Expert Advice: The Chiefs were forced to pass the ball a season-high 45 times Sunday night, which benefited both McCluster and Dwayne Bowe, especially in PPR leagues. McCluster has now been targeted 22 times over his last three games, converting 64 percent of his targets, so expect him to continue to get enough work in the upcoming weeks to make him a solid fantasy option.
TE - Mia
Charles Clay caught six passes for 90 yards with a touchdown in Sunday's Week 11 win over the Chargers. (RotoInfo.com) (11/18)
Expert Advice: After four straight games of single-digit fantasy scoring, Clay got back on track in Week 11, converting all but one of his targets from quarterback Ryan Tannehill. Rishard Matthews was a top waiver-wire addition a week ago, but clearly he is not the top target in short yardage situations. With a favorable schedule the next few weeks, Clay is a solid add in leagues in which he was dropped after a few poor performances.
WR - Pit
Antonio Brown caught seven passes for 147 yards and two touchdowns in Week 11 win over the Lions. (RotoInfo.com) (11/18)
Expert Advice: After a great performance on Sunday, Brown has now surpassed 100 yards in back-to-back games and has finished with double-digit fantasy points in three straight contests. However, with a matchup against the Browns in Week 12, Brown could be in for a long day with Joe Haden defending him.

Chiefs RT Eric Fisher (shoulder) is out, his return is doubtful. (RotoInfo.com) (11/17)

Update: Wes Welker has been taken to the locker room and is being checked for a concussion. (RotoInfo.com) (11/17)
Expert Advice: It was confirmed this morning that Welker did in fact suffer a concussion, making his status for Sunday's showdown with the Patriots uncertain. He will have to go through the mandatory testing given by the league in order to play in Week 12, so fantasy owners will want to check on his progression throughout the week and start to prepare for the worst.

Redskins receiver Pierre Garcon left Sunday's game against Philadelphia on the first drive of the game with an apparent ankle injury, but has returned to the game. After the game Garcon said he was in a lot of pain. (RotoInfo.com) (11/17)

The expected return of Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin for next week's game at the New York Giants would move rookie receiver Terrance Williams down the depth chart. But the Cowboys still value Williams' abilities to beat defenses in a variety of ways. 'He's got a real high level of maturity from a work ethic standpoint,' receivers coach Derek Dooley said. 'From an off the field standpoint. From a team standpoint. I think that's one of the things that's contributed to his ability to really have so much success so early. He's really made the adjustment from being a college guy to a pro as well as anybody.' (RotoInfo.com) (11/17)

Adrian Peterson on groin injury: 'Actually, it was bothering me a lot. There were a couple of plays in the first half that I knew if I was able to explode the way I normally do, I could have taken it to the house. (RotoInfo.com) (11/17)
