If there was ever a week to go stars and scrubs, the John Deere Classic at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois is it. Jordan Spieth, Zach Johnson, Steve Stricker and Ryan Moore stand head-and-shoulders above the rest of the field, and you should do whatever it takes—within reason—to get at least two of them into your lineup. I actually managed to squeeze Johnson, Stricker and Moore into one DraftKings lineup, but that would mean rolling the dice on somebody like Alex Cejka, Charlie Wi or Josh Teater in the last spot.

The best strategy for roster construction this week may be to go backward. Fill in the three or four cheap guys you like first, and then fill in the remaining spots with the best players available. In a cash game, Jordan Spieth is unlikely to be one of those players. You can construct some perfectly good cash game lineups without him, but I will almost certainly include him in at least one GPP lineup.
