Wow what a Monday night for the bats found in yesterday’s DFS Playbook. Seemed as if each one went yard and or had a great game, capped by Lonnie Baseball and our “Sneaky Stack of the Night” in the Indians. Gonna stop you right here, before you start dumping on the pitching recommendations yesterday remember they all pretty much were a bunch of turds that had to be shined. Luckily, Tuesday night brings us more appealing pitching matchups.

Remember, if you get caught in a quandary remember if you have a specific question remember you can always tweet @FantasyNomad and/or post in the comments section below. Don’t forget to bookmark the following three sources to check daily as a compliment to our picks of day.

Corey Kluber @RoyalsP$10,700$20,448$8,70010.32 K/9 4th best in MLB, 0.63 HR/9 is 2nd best in the AL (min. 80 IP) and the Royals have hit the fewest HR of any team in baseball. Of course STL SP Adam Wainwright is the best option against arguably the worst team in baseball in the Rays if money isn't a factor as Waino is by far the most expensive SP tonight.
Madison Bumgarner vs NatsP$11,100$21,314$9,600Get Adam Wainwright potential type production but you save between $1-2 K with Bumgarner.
Francisco Liriano vs CubsP7700155296900PNC Park is gonna be electric tonight tonight with the arrival of Gregory Polanco, which should have Liriano ready to build off the six inning shutout he tossed against the Cubs earlier this season and was 3-1 with a 2.12 ERA in 5 starts vs Cubs last year including two scoreless affairs and a complete game.

Discounted Hitter of the Night: Starling Marte

Top teams to stack: Blue Jays home vs Twins RHP Kevin Correia, Red Sox at Orioles vs RHP Chris Tillman, and Two Sneaky Stacks of the Night: Pirates home (see below) vs Cubs LHP Travis Wood and Marlins at Rangers vs RHP Colby Lewis (many will shy away from Marlins on the road but Lewis is not good and the stadium is very hitter friendly).

Update: Tigers at White Sox game has been postponed due to rain.

Russell MartinC$3,900$6,292$2,900Gotta love it when you find a catcher hitting in the heart of the lineup and he doesn't cost an arm and a leg (little Pirate humor). Martin has reached base safely in 26 of 29 gms, hitting .289 (11-38) w/ HR, 3 2B since coming off DL, and is 4-for-7 w/ 2 HR, 2B, 3 RBI in last two gms vs Cubs, Oh yeah and has slash line of .387/.578 over last 10 home gms
Miguel MonteroC$4,300$7,294$3,600.419 (13-31) w/ 3 HR over last 8 gms and get LvR matchup vs Brad Peacock. (If you don't want to spend on Evan Gattis in Coors or didn't play early slate). Update: RHH Derek Norris facing hitter friendly Angels LHH starter Hector Santiago and Norris is batting in the heart of the A's LU making him an appealing option tonight.
Freddie Freeman1B   $4,900   $7,398 $3,700.556 with 3 HR career vs Juan Nicasio
Mike Napoli1B   $4,000   $5,197 $3,100If you don't want to spend on David Ortiz
Brandon Phillips2B$3,700$4,442$2,900Swinging a hot bat of late and hitting better against RHP and at home on the season and Votto is back tonight hitting in 3-hole ahead of BP.
Josh Rutledge2B$3,600$4,444$2,900Had Kinsler but game has been postponed due to rain. Rutledge at home and get RvL matchup versus Braves LHP Mike Minor and his 13.3 HR/FB%
Lonnie Chisenhall3B$3,800$5,746$3,400Continues to rake as he currently owns a six game hit streak, is hitting .394 (13-33) with 2 HR, 13 RBI and just 2 K's over his last 9 gms and his .365 season BA is tops in MLB (min. 150 PA). That was before yesterday's MLB history making 5-for-5 w/ 3 HR and 9 RBI performance and is hitting .520 (13-25) w/ HR vs LHP this season.
Nick Castellanos3B$3,500$4,865$2,500Stickiing w/ the discounted bat here looking for a bounceback game as he gets the RvL matchup vs John Danks in homer friendly US Cellular. Update: Tigers game postponed. Marlins 3B Casey McGehee hitting cleanup vs very hitable Rangers starter Colby Lewis in hitter friendly Rangers Stadium as an alternative discounted option to Tigers NickyC.
Jose ReyesSS$4,800$7,946$3,400Reyes going into last night had a slash line of .313/.373/.435 over his last 28 games then proceeded to go 3-5 w/ a HR
Asdrubal CabreraSS$4,200$7,513$2,700Had a slash line of .296/.358/.500 with 5 HR over his last 27 games (26 starts) going into last night and like Reyes he delivered a nice game going 3-6 w/ a 2B and 3 R
Dexter FowlerOF$4,100$5,757$3,500Quietly having an outstanding season and an even better month of June where he is hitting .483 (14-29) with 5 xtra base hits w/ a HR (Was early game). Melky Cabrera around same price range in night slate.
Jason HeywardOF$4,900$6,997$3,000LvR vs Juan Nicasio in Coors price is nice on FD
Jay BruceOF$3,600$5,792$3,300same reasons I like Heyward except game is in GABP for those who play on DK and DS
Yoenis CespedesOF$4,500$7,897$3,500hitting .367 w/ 2 HR during his current 7-gm hit streak and get very favorable matchup RvL matchup vs homer friendly Hector Santiago.
Andrew McCutchenOF$5,100$9,283$3,900Off to an MVP like month as his 10 XB w/ 4 HR to start the month (eight gms) leads MLB and he loves playing in PNC Park (who wouldn't, especially tonight) hitting .347 w/ 6 HR and an OPS of 1.051 in 32 home games.
Starling MarteOF$3,700$4,679$2,700Has hit well when batting 6th in the order (9-for-17) as he is again tonight, loves facing the Cubs career .315 avg. in 36 games, and been a tear on the base paths: A SB in each of his last two games, his 56 SB since 2013 2nd in the NL over that span. Great Price too. (Note: Gregory Polanco only available on DS among sites listed here at $6705).
Josh HarrisonOF$3,500$5,497$2,400If Josh Harrison happens to be eligible at 2B on the site you are playing on he presents great value and is batting leadoff tonight and it's a RvsL matchup (.818 OPS vs LHP this season).

Best of luck and as always if you have a specific question remember you can always tweet @FantasyNomad and/or post in the comments section below.
