It’s a full slate Tuesday with all 30 MLB teams in action and we will attempt to identify the best stack options for your DFS lineups tonight. To do so, we’re going to take advantage of our Vegas Odds tool to help us best identify three teams to load up on tonight. From there, we’ll take a look at the top options from each of those teams and a value play to throw in there as well. We will go ahead and make the assumption that the most popular stack will be on the Rockies at Coors Field against Dinelson Lamet. So, we won’t focus on that. Their ownership numbers will be high and salaries even higher.

Baltimore Orioles

vs. Tyson Ross (TEX) at Oriole Park at Camden Yards

The O’s get Tyson Ross at their hitter-friendly home park tonight and are second in IRT (implied run total) from the Vegas Odds tool at 6.03. Ross’ 2017 season is just five starts old and he’s had a mixed bag of results. With three efforts of two earned runs or less and two in which he surrendered seven and four earnies respectively. Overall, he stands with a 5.33 ERA and 1.26 WHIP on the season. Overall, Camden Yards has been a little less “offensive” in nature this season, ranking just 16th in runs scored per game at 9.29. However, it has been prone to the long ball, ranking 3rd in home runs per game at 3.0. Throw in a home plate umpire of Brian Gorman, who ranks second this year amongst all umpires in runs per game at 12.29. Throw in some clear weather and warm temps and this one has a recipe for some runs!

Top options: Jonathan Schoop (2B); Manny Machado (3B); Adam Jones (OF); Mark Trumbo (OF)

Value plays: Welington Castillo (C) ; Trey Mancini (OF)

Detroit Tigers

vs. Travis Wood (KC) at Kauffman Stadium

The Tigers come in at No. 3 in the Vegas Odds IRT with a 6.00 even. They get Travis Wood from the Royals in this one.  Wood has spent most of the season in the bullpen, registering just start. Overall, his ERA sits at 6.06 with a 1.81 WHIP in 32 ? innings pitched. A leading indicator for jumping all over the Tigers hitters is their second-ranked wRC+ vs. southpaws this season at 120. Only the Houston Astros are posting a higher mark at 122. There is a heat wave in the Midwest and you can expect to see temps in the 90’s at first pitch. The ball should fly out, helped by an 11 MPH wind out to left center tonight in Kansas City.

Top options: Nick Castellanos (3B); J.D. Martinez (OF); Miguel Cabrera (1B); Justin Upton (OF)

Value plays: Jose Iglesias (SS); James McCann (C); Mikie Mahtook (OF)

New York Yankees

vs. Bartolo Colon at Target Field

We’ll go with the Bombers taking on the age-full wonder in Bartolo Colon in Minnesota. While there is a slight risk of a delay in this one, we’ll just hope that scares others away and lets you get in on a buying opportunity. Target Field has been playing amazingly offensive this season and with the temperatures rising, it should only continue. Especially with Colon making his Twins debut after a rough outing at AAA-Rochester before the call up tonight. That 8.14 ERA and 1.78 WHIP is not a misprint. Making matters worse for Colon will be Scott Barry behind the plate. Barry ranks 13th amongst all umpires in runs scored per game at 11.13 this season.

Top options: Gary Sanchez (C) ; Aaron Judge (OF); Brett Gardner (OF); Matt Holliday (OF)

Value plays: Didi Gregorius (SS); Starlin Castro (2B); Ji-Man Choi (1B)

Good luck tonight. Stack them up and cash in.
