As our DFS Playbook PRO, a past winner for DFS product of the year, moves into its third year of existence, I can tell you with the utmost confidence that it has easily become the best product in the industry. Three years ago, we weren’t able to tell you that for one low price, you would be able to get extensive analysis, tools, and coverage for SEVEN different sports. Today, we can.

Of course, with baseball season about to begin, my rundown is going to focus more heavily on what the DFS Playbook PRO is going to offer for the 2017 MLB season. Playbooks, Optimals, Coaching pieces, etc. for NBA, NHL, NASCAR, PGA and MMA will continue as they’ve been and, of course, finish strong, but for what’s to come with MLB, here we go…

First off, allow me to say that there is a lot of good information available throughout the entire DFS industry. Research goes a long way. Period. Our research tools and the data we provide offer more than enough information for you to put together a winning lineup, but it doesn’t mean it won’t hurt to do additional research that might be available beyond the realms of Fantasy Alarm. We encourage you to gather as much information as you can to make intelligent and informed lineup decisions.

That being said, it’s still a situation where the idea behind the DFS Playbook PRO is to provide you with all of the tools you need to put together that winning lineup. We expect to be your foundation and hope to provide you with as much as possible and get you started on the path towards a winning season

So how should you use the DFS Playbook PRO? Well, ultimately, it’s up to you to decide. We believe that the Playbook Pro should be used as either a springboard for your work or a supplement to your research. You can obviously take what we say here as law, but we don't wholeheartedly recommend that. People have different opinions and valuations of players and as we've seen over the last few years, there is certainly more than one way to assemble a cash lineup or win a GPP. Most of all, we beliecve in teaching you to be a better DFS player and because of that, we encourage you to learn from everything you see here. If we have a winning cash lineup, then learn from how we assembled it. Here is just a small sampling of what we offer:

The DFS MLB Playbook – This is the flagship of the Playbook PRO product. Baseball can be one of the most intimidating sports to play simply because of the extensive number of players available in the player pool. Each MLB team is going to play 162 games. Plenty of those games will be played on the same day, which leaves to a common occurrence where all 30 teams are playing on the same slate. We will extensively dissect those huge, 15-game slates and provide you with at least two to three players for each position, based on our statistical player analysis, ballpark factors, weather and, of course, pricing on the various DFS sites. We’ll also include many intangibles we believe to be relevant to each of the players and their games. This will likely be part of the foundation of your research. A springboard, if you will.

DFS Rankings – Again, we’re talking about potentially 30 different starters (90 outfielders) across nine different positions. We will provide you with our top 10 plays for each position, every single day of the season. Again, these rankings are based on statistical analysis and, with the prices the DFS sites provide, game theory to help you with decisions on how to construct your lineup. Maybe you’re doing your own research and have narrowed it down to one or two players at each position. Our DFS rankings can help you make that final decision.

DFS Optimal Lineups – Want to see exactly how to pros construct their lineups? We will be providing both cash game and GPP lineups for DraftKings and FanDuel every single day of the season. You’re going to see it all, folks, regardless if they’re good or bad. So I want to be cashing every single day of the season. If we win, you win. If we lose, you lose. Hold us accountable to our results but be realistic of the expectations as well. In DFS, a winning percentage that’s higher than 60 percent is good, and that is something we have done on a frequent basis in year’s past. But remember, we’re not in the business of lineup selling. If you want to just take our lineups and throw them into contests, that is your choice, but we are more trying to help you learn how to be a better DFS player. We believe our lineups will cash daily, but we also expect you to do your homework and learn to make pivots if you don’t agree with what some of our experts say.

DFS Hitting and Pitching Coach – Our experts break down the best hitters and pitchers of the day, helping you to narrow down your choices. Again, this puts multiple eyes/experts on each slate. I might be providing you my own favorite plays via the Playbook and Rankings, but you’ll be able to get another perspective from the rest of our team, breaking down their own favorite plays at a micro-level.

Daily Lineups with Splits and Batter vs. Pitcher Stats – We have one of the most in-depth lineup pages in the industry and we update lineups the moment they are submitted by the manager. Once the lineup is submitted, you’ll be able to sort the statistics in a number of ways.

Chat and Forum Access – You’ve exhausted all of your traditional resources. How about personally asking our team a question to seal the deal? We have our team on-call throughout each day to answer any and all questions you may have regarding player analysis, lineup construction, deep sleeper pivots and more!

Again, with the DFS Playbook PRO, we have complied all of the resources that you need in order to put together a winning lineup. There’s no limit on how much of all of these resources and tools you’ll need to use in order to be a winning player. Just know that we at Fantasy Alarm are looking forward to being there with you every step of the way.
