With the Cubs playing their usual Friday matinee at Wrigley, we have 14 games in play for tonight’s slate.
Since all of our good pitching options played earlier this week, we are treated to a full slate with Danny Duffy as the most expensive pitcher of the night. It honestly feels like a great night to play some GPPs, especially because, on paper, there isn’t a clear pitching option that is an immediate play. The three biggest favorites of the night are all under -160 favorites, and include the likes of Yovani Gallardo, Doug Fister, and Trevor Bauer, who have all equally been atrocious.
Still, even though I’m saying that, cash games tend to be where the majority of the crowd settle on similar options. At the time of this posting, I have to say, it’s a little too early to figure out what that’s going to be, but once I do, I will post it along with my Optimal Lineups.
