The FanDuel Partners Basketball Championship (FPBC) is a daily fantasy sports competition to decide which website is the top fantasy basketball projector in the industry. It will be a five a week competition with contests being held on each Wednesday and Friday for a total of 10 contests. The site with the top aggregate score wins a trip to the Playboy Mansion. Mario Chalmers $5,300 – Practically a must-start since he’ll play about 40 minutes with Mike Conley out. He’s averaging 15.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, 6.8 assists, and just over two steals per game in six starts this season. Our projections have him putting up 40.3 fantasy points, which is an incredible 7.64 times his price tag.
Alex Len $6,600 – Another player who’ll be highly owned since he’s averaging 20.4 points and 14.4 rebounds in the past five games. The projections have him as the second best value at the position at 35.1 fantasy points, which is good for 5.32 times his price tag.
Kyrie Irving $7,200 – Love his price tag as Irving destroyed the Kings by contributing 32 points with 12 assists in their previous matchup. I’m a bit worried they might rest him, but he has such a high floor that it will be hard for him not to reach value as long as he plays. Our projections have him producing a modest 37.7 fantasy points (5.24 times his price tag).
JaMychal Green $4,600 – Another chalky player as he’ll be highly tonight with Zach Randolph out. The power forward position is actually kind of weak tonight, so finding value at the position is crucial. The projections have him finishing with a whopping 6.83 times his price tag (31.4 fantasy points)
James Harden $11,000 – He had a monstrous game vs the Sixers earlier this season with a slash line of 50/9/8. I expect him to have another huge effort as long as this game stays remotely close. The projections have him finishing as the second overall player with 58.1 fantasy points.
