Big night in the NBA with 13 games on the slate. That means you should celebrate the start of the weekend by playing some daily fantasy hoops tonight. A bunch of studs are in action in Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins, James Harden, LeBron James, and Chris Paul. There are plenty of value plays at almost every position that will allow you to get one of these guys in your lineup, but which one should you choose?

Chris Paul is the top play at the point guard position as he put up 58 fantasy points on DraftKings last time he faced the Sixers. If this game stays close then Paul is going to have a monster night. However, there are plenty of great plays at the position as Reggie Jackson, Damian Lillard, and Tyreke Evans are all quality options tonight as well. Jordan Clarkson is an amazing value option on DraftKings/FantasyAces, while Zach LaVine will exceed his value across the board because he'll be forced to play huge minutes with Ricky Rubio out. Mario Chalmers is a contrarian GPP option, especially if Dwyane Wade doesn't play, because he's averaging 40 fantasy points per game vs the Hawks this season. Dennis Schroder is good cash game play on DraftKings with Jeff Teague out, but not a fan of his price tag on Fanduel.

The shooting guard position has a couple of great options in DeMar DeRozan, Eric Bledsoe, and Monta Ellis. DeRozan has a great matchup and puts up big numbers whenever Kyle Lowry is out. Bledsoe faces a Portland team that gives up big games to opposing guards. Plus, this game will be close, so Bledsoe will play a lot of minutes. Ellis has destroyed the Spurs this season, but worried that their going to slow him down tonight after his huge game he had vs them a few days ago. What about James Harden? Well, I'm worried about the blowout potential in Houston and he'll have to put up almost 60 fantasy points just to reach value. That is why I'm going to avoid him tonight, despite his high ceiling and phenomenal matchup. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has been on a roll recently, and continues to be a good value option with Greg Monroe out. Tony Allen is decent low-tier option as well.

Find it hard to spend money at the small forward position tonight because there some excellent mid-tier options in Andrew Wiggins, Trevor Ariza, and Chandler Parsons. Wiggins is going to play almost entire the game for the injury riddled Timberwolves, so he'll have no problem reaching value. Trevor Ariza consistently gets 30-plus fantasy points and doesn't cost that much. Another guy to target is Chase Budinger, who is a phenomenal value option as he has produced at least 27 fantasy points on FantasyAces in five out of the past six games.

The power forward position is lead by Anthony Davis, who should dominate the Kings tonight. Derrick Favors loses some value now that Gordon Hayward is back, but the Nuggets are a brutal defensive team and this game should be somewhat close. That means he should get close to 40 fantasy points. Markieff Morris is a quality mid-tier option across the board, but especially on DraftKings and Aces because of his reduced price tag. Nerlens Noel has been awesome recently, which makes him a solid GPP option tonight. My concern with playing him in cash games is the fact that a lot of his points comes from blocks and steals, which is always hard to predict. Ryan Kelly continues to be one of the best value options at the position because of his incredibly cheap price tag despite the fact that he has produced at least 27 fantasy points in each of the past two games.

The center position is the best place to spend money at as DeMarcus Cousins, Andre Drummond, Nikola Vucevic, and Brook Lopez are all great options. I prefer Andre Drummond the most though because his price tag is a lot lower than Cousins' despite his ridiculous production vs the Magic this season. Lopez is another phenomenal option as he has been awesome recently and should get even more playing time with Thaddeus Young out. Jonas Valanciunas is a safe mid-tier option for cash games if you're trying to save money at the position. Good luck tonight.
