Decent slate of games tonight with five games on the schedule. However, this is one of those nights that you're going to want play a smaller percentage of your bankroll because a lot of the same players are going to be heavily owned tonight. James Harden is the top option as he has destroyed the Suns this season.
The point guard position is led by Reggie Jackson, who has stepped up his game with Greg Monroe out. Patrick Beverley is a quality low-tier option. Monitor the Nets situation as some of their players might sit out because they played in a triple-OT game last night. Jarrett Jack is a good mid-tier option, but he would become almost a must-start if Deron Williams sits.
The shooting guard position is all about the top two guys as James Harden and Eric Bledsoe are going to each have big games tonight. Tony Allen is a nice low-tier option. However, there aren't that many good options at the position. Small forward is even worse as the top-tier options are going to struggle to reach value. That is why I have some nice mid-tier options listed in the playbook. That is the best position to save money at.
The power forward position has some really nice options in LaMarcus Aldridge and Zach Randolph. Aldridge gets the nod over Z-Bo because he has been on fire recently. Donatas Motiejunas is one of the best value options on the board as he's going to be forced to play a lot of minutes with Terrence Jones out. Nikola Mirotic scares me despite his recent success because he barely plays over 30 minutes and will lose minutes now that Taj Gibson is back from an ankle injury. Only use Mirotic in GPP formats.
The center position is top heavy with a lot of great options that cost a lot. Marc Gasol is the best bang for your buck as he has a high floor and can explode for a big game. Would like Joakim Noah a lot more if he wasn't on a minutes restriction. Brandan Wright is the best value option at the position as his fantasy production has increased as his minutes played has increased. Mason Plumlee would become one of the best value options if Brook Lopez doesn't play.
