As great as the NCAA tournament and March Madness is, it makes me itch for daily NBA even more. Especially since tonight is a big night in the NBA with 12 games on the slate. With Kevin Durant essentially out for the rest of the regular season, Russell Westbrook becomes the top play of the day whenever the Thunder play. However, the fact that his price tag is about 22-to-25 percent of your budget makes it hard to put together a quality cash game lineup with him in it.

The point guard position is filled with quality mid-tier options, which is another reason why I'm having a hard time putting Westbrook in my cash game lineups. Elfrid Payton has been terrific recently by producing at least 42 fantasy points on DraftKings in three out of the past four games. Combine that with his amazing matchup (Portland gives up some of the most fantasy points to opposing point guards) and you have one of the best mid-tier options on the board. However, Goran Dragic, Alexey Shved, and George Hill are all phenomenal mid-tier options as well. Andre Miller is a quality low-tier option, Greivis Vasquez becomes one of the best value options if Kyle Lowry doesn't play. Still like Damian Lillard on DraftKings.

The shooting guard position is led by "Vintage" Dwyane Wade, who has produced at least 38 fantasy points on Fanduel in seven out of the past eight games. Bradley Beal struggled in his last game vs Utah, but he still played 40 minutes in that game. Expect him to have a big night vs the Clippers as he should get close to 40 minutes of playing time again. Randy Foye is the best value option at the position (assuming he plays) because he'll play huge minutes with Gallinari (and potentially Jameer Nelson) out, which means he'll produce at least 30 fantasy points.

The small forward position is another position that has a lot of quality mid-tier options like Nicolas Batum, Giannis Antetokounmpo, DeMarre Carroll, and Wilson Chandler. Batum is the most consistent player out of that group, but he also has the highest price tag. Antetokounmpo is more of a GPP option as his price tag is high, but he has averaged almost 44 fantasy points vs the Nets this season. Wilson Chandler is starting to look like one of the best value options at the position because Danilo Gallinari is out and his price tag is surprisingly low.

The power forward position is a great position to spend money at as LaMarcus Aldridge is going to have a big night vs the Magic. Kenneth Faried has been tremendous recently and makes for a great play as well. Zach Randolph is a solid option on DraftKings because his price tag is relatively cheap ($7,200) and he's averaging 19 points and almost 13 rebounds in three games vs the Mavericks this season. Ersan Ilyasova continues to be a good low-tier option. Target Mitch McGary if you're looking for a punt play with a high ceiling.

Steven Adams is going to be heavily owned with Enes Kanter out. He should have no problem exceeding value, which makes him the top option at the position. Alexis Ajinca is another quality low-tier option as he's going to play more minutes with Anthony Davis out. Nikola Vucevic is a good top-tier option. Al Jefferson makes for an intersting GPP option on DraftKings.
