The Playbook had varied results yesterday as some of the Fanduel picks fizzled, while the DraftKings picks sizzled. Another small slate of games tonight, as there are only six games on the schedule. Also, every game besides the Memphis vs Golden State game has a big spread, which means there could be a lot of blowouts tonight.

There are plenty of great options at point guard tonight, so that is a position that is worth spending money on tonight. Things could get very interesting at that position if Dwyane Wade sits out for Miami. The shooting guard position has a couple of no-brainers tonight on Fanduel, but it gets trickier on DraftKings. Meanwhile, Gordon Hayward is the best option across the board at small forward tonight.

The power forward position is tough as Anthony Davis is going to play, but he's expensive and a health concern. Also, I'm worried about Zach Randolph's minutes because the Grizzlies could go small mid-way through the game in order to matchup better with the Warriors. Otherwise, I'd be rolling out Z-Bo is most of lineups. The center position has a good mix of value plays and higher tier players that are worth spending money on.

Here is the Daily Fantasy Basketball Playbook for December 16th:
