The bye weeks are upon us and thus we will be without the services of four teams this week including the Chiefs, Saints, Seahawks and Jaguars. This week also presents some interesting matchups as the leagues top offense in Atlanta gets to travel up to the mile high city to face the defending champions in the Denver Broncos. Those looking for a repeat from Julio Jones will be barking up the wrong tree there but how far does his ownership fall? We also see the Colts who played in London last week come back to the states and not take their bye week and instead host the lowly Chicago Bears. You have to assume that travel and injuries will hurt an already poor Colts defense in this one.

The ownership this week looks like it will be heavy on the return of Tom Brady, the Eagles passing offense, the Raiders receivers and the Steelers entire offense. We will be invested in most of those spots too but we also have a few other ideas that should get us in the right places to cash this week. I'm high on Ryan Mathews this week. If you don't like him, don't play him. It may seem obvious to some of you but this tends to be a hard thing for some people to grasp. If you want to ride with me on Mathews, then you are accepting the terms.

Those of you who are DFS Playbook PRO subscribers should be looking over the DFS NFL Rankings in order to find a player or multiple players that fit into the context of your lineups. There are quality options that we have in the rankings each week that just don't quite grade out well enough for the Playbook but are good if you need a certain player at a certain price.
