By now you should know about the one week fantasy football contests we play over at DraftKings. If you haven’t heard or haven’t started playing weekly fantasy football yet then I have the perfect contest to get you started.
Every week DraftKings has a game that only included players from the Monday Night and Thursday Night NFL games. This obviously makes the player pool very shallow and allows those of us who are overwhelmed by the multitude of possibilities that a weekly league entails much more confident.
If you haven’t started out on DraftKings yet here are the steps to get your started:

2) Make your first deposit. For advice on how much to deposit and bankroll management please see our DFS Strategy section.
3) Head to the NFL Game Lobby to find a contest. For this exercise let’s assume a $1 50/50 (double up) contest with a cap of 60 people. This is a simple tournament with great odds of winning and a reasonable competition level for newcomers.
4) Set your lineup.
This is the part I am here to help you with today. Every Monday I am going to be sending ONLY our Premium Assistant G.M. Subscribers a special edition of the famous DFS NFL Playbook. Usually the Playbook is filled with the absolute best players for that given week from which you can design your lineups.

As you can see in this weeks lineup, I have designed it specifically to challenge for a GPP (tournament) environment. Guys like Sproles & Matthews are big risks but could pay off big in a contest like this. This lineup is NOT recommended for 50/50 play in Monday-Thursday contests.
