Welp, Week 14 was a rough one for most fantasy owners as season-ending injuries to Thomas RawlsAndy Dalton and Mark Ingram lead the way.  In the case of Ingram, owners were fortunate enough to know prior to the start of the week that he would be out, but for Dalton and Rawls owners their injuries likely cost their owners' playoff matchups.  For those of you who are still around to play fantasy football let’s take a look at what players are must adds off the waiver wire as we head into Week 15.

– Note the FAAB Bids are based off of a $100 budget.

Quarterbacks

Ryan Fitzpatrick, NYJ – If you are an Andy Dalton owner and Ryan Fitzpatrick is SOMEHOW still available despite his productivity this season, then he is a must grab.  Fitzpatrick is on his way to career year and has two receivers in Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker who have been torching the league all season long.  Over the last three weeks alone Fitzpatrick has thrown nine touchdown passes with zero interceptions while also adding around 20 yards rushing which helps add to his point totals.  The Jets face the Cowboys in Week 15 on Saturday night and he should have little issue throwing against the defense, though the emphasis could lean more toward the run after what Green Bay just did to the Cowboys on Sunday.

FAAB Bid- $15-$20

Kirk Cousins, WSH – If you want an interesting stat to look at I suggest you go and see Kirk Cousins' home and road splits this season as they tell a tale of two very different players.  On the road this season Cousins has thrown six touchdowns and nine interceptions for a quarterback rating of 74.6 but at home he has thrown 12 touchdowns and two interceptions for a quarterback rating of 111.5.  In Week 15 the Redskins will be playing at home against a Bills secondary that you could classify as less than ideal, having allowed the 13th most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks and the eighth most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.  If you trust the numbers then Cousins is a superb play for those looking to fill your quarterback slot this week.

FAAB Bid- $5-$10-

Alex Smith, KC – By no measure is Alex Smith considered a gunslinger but in Week 15 he draws the very favorable matchup of facing the Baltimore Ravens defense who rank toward the bottom of the league against the pass this season.  Smith himself has been solid through the air of late, having thrown five touchdowns with just one interception over the past three weeks.  While the Chiefs' emphasis on offense is certainly to run the ball, if there was ever a week to take a chance on Smith it would be against the Ravens.

FAAB Bid-$0-$5

Running Backs

DuJuan Harris, SEA – In the ultimate next man up scenario the Seahawks find themselves on their third running back of the season after Thomas Rawls suffered a season-ending injury on Sunday against the Ravens.  With Rawls out and Marshawn Lynch still on the shelf, the Seahawks turned to Harris who carried the ball 18 times for 42 yards against the Ravens.  Harris figures to be the lead back in Week 15 for the Seahawks in what will be an incredibly favorable matchup against a Browns defense that has allowed the eighth most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season.

FAAB Bid- $25-$30 All of it if you are a Rawls owner

Tim Hightower, NO – Hightower was thrusted into the lead back roll after Mark Ingram was placed on IR late last week and he did not disappoint, carrying the ball 28 times for 85 yards and a touchdown against the Buccaneers.  Running the ball should be much easier for Hightower in Week 15 as the Saints have a home contest against a Lions team that just allowed Todd Gurley to rush for 140 yards and two scores on 16 carries.  This game figures to be a high-scoring affair and it wouldn’t be shocking to see Hightower find the end zone for the second consecutive week.

FAAB Bid- $25-$30 All of it if you are a Rawls owner

Denard Robinson, JAX – T.J. Yeldon left Sunday’s contest against the Colts with a knee injury and in stepped Denard Robinson who carried the ball 14 times for 75 yards and a touchdown.  Robinson was a key fantasy player in the closing weeks last season when the Jaguars gave him the starting roll and he could once again find himself making an impact during the fantasy playoffs this season.  Though he only caught one pass out of the backfield this week Robinson is a duel-threat back and should find success on the ground in Week 15 against the Falcons who have allowed the second most fantasy points to opposing RBs this season.

FAAB Bid- $10-$15

Wide Receivers

Tyler Lockett, SEA – Lockett made this list last week as he drew an incredibly favorable matchup against the Ravens and he did not disappoint, catching six passes for 104 yards and two touchdowns.  Things get even better in Week 15 as the Seahawks return home to face a Browns secondary which just saw their No. 1 corner in Joe Hayden placed on season-ending IR.  While Doug Baldwin is clearly the No. 1 receiver in Seattle there is plenty of room for Lockett to join in on what should be a scoring frenzy for Seattle.

FAAB Bid- $5-$10

Willie Snead, NO – Snead finds himself owned in just about 50 percent of standard leagues which means he could be available on your waiver wire as you head into Week 15.  Snead is enjoying a great rookie season having caught 52 passes for 798 yards and three touchdowns.  A home matchup against a bad Lions defense awaits the Saints in what figures to be a high-scoring affair and should bode well for Snead’s value.

FAAB Bid- $10-$15

Ted Ginn, CAR – Ginn is an all or nothing receiver and in the fantasy playoffs that type of player will either win it for you or cost you the week.  Over Ginn’s last three games played he has caught 12-of-21 passes for 237 yards and five touchdowns which would rank him among the tops in fantasy during this stretch.  In Week 15 the undefeated Panthers will face off against a bad Giants secondary which Ginn might again be able to exploit with his elite speed.

 FAAB Bid- $5-$10

Tight Ends

Zach Miller, CHI – Miller is enjoying a strong stretch of play lately which has seen him catch five touchdown passes over the last six weeks while catching 18-of-27 passes for 278 yards.  With Martellus Bennett placed on season-ending IR Miller is the No. 1 tight end in Chicago and given the lack of healthy receiving options beyond Alshon Jeffery that bodes well for his fantasy value over the final two weeks.

FAAB Bid- $0-$5

Will Tye, NYG – Tye turned in another strong performance on Monday as he caught five passes for 30 yards and a touchdown.  Over the last four games Tye is averaging 4.8 catches for 57.5 yards which is more than serviceable at the tight end position given how shallow the depth is.  In Week 15 the Giants will face off against the undefeated Panthers who boast a strong defense but have been rather neutral against opposing tight ends this season which could be a positive for Tye.

FAAB Bid- $5-$10

Kyle Rudolph, MIN – Rudolph has been a very solid fantasy option at the tight end position in three of the last four weeks with only his performance against the Seahawks being his only real stinker.  All-in-all over the last four weeks Rudolph is averaging 5.5 catches on 7.3 targets for 59.8 yards which is more than serviceable when you take into account that in Week 15 he gets to face a Bears defense that just allowed nine catches for 120 yards and a touchdown to Redskins tight end Jordan Reed just last week.
