The fantasy playoffs are finally here, for most that is anyway, and with it comes another week of Waiver Flavor.  These next few waiver additions could end up winning you a championship or costing you one but my job here is to give you the best options that might be available to get you that trophy.  So let's do it, here are the top players you should add heading into Week 14.

– Note the FAAB Bids are based off of a $100 budget.

Quarterbacks

Ryan Fitzpatrick, NYJ – Here we are. Another week in the books and another week where Fitzpatrick likely outplayed most of the starting quarterbacks in fantasy yet he remains available in nearly 60 percent of fantasy leagues.  Over the past two weeks Fitzpatrick has thrown for 667 yards and six touchdowns and will enter Week 14 with yet another favorable matchup against a Titans defense that just allowed five passing touchdowns to Blake Bortles in Week 13 and three passing touchdowns to Derek Carr the week before that.  With fantasy playoffs starting for most this week if you find yourself with a less than ideal QB matchup there is no shame in streaming a guy like Fitzpatrick who has scored 20 fantasy points in three of the last four weeks.

FAAB Bid- $5-$10

Brock Osweiler, DEN – Osweiler struggled on Sunday but the game plan to beat the Chargers is to run the ball so maybe that had something to do with his sub-par performance.  In Week 14 he draws a better matchup at home against a Raiders defense that has allowed the fifth most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season and has allowed five passing touchdowns over the past two weeks to the likes of Alex Smith and Marcus Mariota who are not exactly gun slingers.

FAAB Bid- $5-$10

Tyrod Taylor, BUF – Taylor’s fantasy stock has fluctuated this season but over the last two games he is back on the upswing as he has thrown for six touchdowns and rushing for one more against a Chiefs and Texans defense that had been playing very well at the time.  In Week 14 he enters a very enticing matchup against the Eagles who have allowed the third-most points to opposing quarterbacks this season and just allowed four total touchdowns to Tom Brady and 13 passing touchdowns over the previous three weeks.  Look for Taylor to use both his legs and his connection with Sammy Watkins for a big day.

Running Backs

James White, NE – White was a popular add after Dion Lewis went down with an injury but in the four games since he has turned in two duds and two big time fantasy performances which is certainly frustrating for his fantasy owners.  Sunday against the Eagles, however, was a career day for White as he caught 10 passes for 115 yards and a touchdown which lead the New England receivers.  New England had hoped White was going to be the replacement for Shane Vereen as the team’s receiving back but Dion Lewis blew everybody away in training camp and won the outright starting job which rendered White useless.  After a performance like Sunday’s you would think White has finally locked down the role as the Patriots receiving back and he should be added accordingly, however, please remember he is in New England and Bill Belichik doesn’t care about your fantasy team.

FAAB Bid- $10-$15

Shaun Draughn, SF – Draughn made this list last week and he was one of the higher owned players off the waiver wire but he still finds himself available in just about 40 percent of fantasy leagues and therefore winds up back on this list as he coming off a solid outing where he carried the ball 13 times for 36 yards and a touchdown while adding five catches for 50 yards.  A favorable matchup against the lowly Cleveland Browns awaits Draughn in Week 14 which should make him one of the top RB options in fantasy.

FAAB Bid- $15-$20

Isaiah Crowell, CLE – Gross I know but this late in the year and with no significant injuries at RB the waiver wire is bare.  The recommendation for Crowell comes on the heels of his Week 13 performance where he carried the ball 11 times for 62 yards against the Bengals and finds himself up against a 49ers defense in Week 14 who have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season.

FAAB Bid- $5-$10

Wide Receivers

DeVante Parker, MIA – I told you to add Parker last week but heading into Week 14 he finds himself owned in just about 20 percent of fantasy leagues.  I expect that to jump significantly this week after he caught three passes for 63 yards and a touchdown in Week 13 which gives him touchdown catches in two straight weeks. A favorable matchup against the Giants awaits Parker and Miami so a third straight week with a touchdown is certainly not out of the question.

FAAB Bid- $10-$15

Marvin Jones, CIN – With Tyler Eifert out with a neck injury Jones saw some additional looks come his way and it resulted in five catches for 55 yards and a touchdown.  Jones is a big time red zone threat as he has proven in the past and with a favorable matchup against the Steelers, who have been involved in some shootouts of late, it would seem likely that Jones would put up another solid performance.

FAAB Bid- $5-$10

Tyler Lockett, SEA – I know that Doug Baldwin is the receiver to own in Seattle and if he is still available in your league then you should definitely add him over Lockett. However, assuming that Baldwin is not available in your league there is no reason you can’t pivot to Lockett as the rookie receiver not only is threat to return a kick for a touchdown whenever he touches the ball he has also turned into a solid receiver.  In Week 14 the Seahawks draw a favorable matchup against the Ravens who have allowed the sixth most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season and with the defense likely focusing on stopping Doug Baldwin there is potential for Lockett to put up a big game.

FAAB Bid- $5-$10

Tight Ends

Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TB – ASJ returned to the field for the first time since Week 2 and caught three passes for 31 yards against the Falcons.  With one week under his belt he finds himself with an incredible matchup against the Saints in Week 14 who have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing tight ends this season.  This game figures to be a shootout which should provide plenty of opportunity for Seferian-Jenkins to put up big numbers.

FAAB Bid- $0-$5

Will Tye, NYG – With Larry Donnell out with injury the Giants have turned to Will Tye at the tight end position and he has not disappointed having caught 14 passes for 180 yards over the past three weeks.  Given how shallow the tight end positon has been this season if Tye continues to be this heavily involved in the passing attack he is more the worthy of starting on your roster.

FAAB Bid- $0-$5

Charles Clay, BUF – Clay was a hot commodity earlier in the season but injuries and some inconsistent play at QB really stifled his production.  Over the past two weeks Clay has again come on a bit, catching nine passes on 15 targets for 97 yards and a touchdown. The 15 targets is the number to key in on here as it provides him with ample opportunity to put up some productive numbers in the passing attack.
