Gary Barnidge has caught at least six passes for 75 yards and a touchdown in each of the last three weeks. Since the start of last season even Rob Gronkowski hasn’t been able to accomplish that feat.

Travis Benjamin has seen at least 10 targets in three straight games. In those three games he’s averaged 5.33 receptions, 69 yards and 0.33 scores. Don’t see what all the excitement is about.

Martellus Bennett caught four passes in Week 5 but he also dropped two passes. Focus on the 11 targets though.

Sam Bradford is the first QB to be intercepted twice in the red zone in the same game. He did it in Week 5.

Drew Brees has a 122.3 QB Rating in the red zone this season, the best mark in football. Inside the 10-yard line the leader is Brian Hoyer at 121.9.

Jamaal Charles is done for the year with an ACL tear. Since the start of the 2012 season no player had produced more of his team’s yards from scrimmage than Charles (30.9 percent) other than Matt Forte (31.2).

Randall Cobb caught three of six passes for 23 yards in Week 5. That’s his lowest output since Week 3 of the 2012 season.

Andy Dalton is the only quarterback who has played at least four games that has a yards per attempt mark of at least nine. It’s 9.49.

Tyler Eifert leads tight ends with five scores. He recorded two touchdowns his first 16 NFL games.

Ryan Fitzpatrick and Jameis Winston have seven passing scores. Matt Ryan and Peyton Manning have six. Fitzpatrick leads football with a 1.4 sack rate. He’s been sacked twice in 147 pass attempts.

Nick Foles completed 5-of-17 passes with two picks when under pressure in Week 5.

Justin Forsett and T.J. Yeldon have both been “stuffed” at the line of scrimmage 14 times. That’s the most in football.

Devonta Freeman is the first player with eight rushing scores through five games since 2005 (Shaun Alexander had eight, LaDainian Tomlinson nine). Freeman also leads the NFL with three rushing scores on 4th down.

Frank Gore is the only back with two fumbles in the red zone.

Todd Gurley doesn’t have a rushing score. His total of 314 rushing yards is the most in football for a runner without a touchdown. Gurley leads all runners with a 5.7 YPC mark as well. That’s two full yards better than the 3.7 YPC mark of Jonathan Stewart. Gurley also leads the NFL with a 6.2 YPC on grass this year (minimum 25 carries).

A.J. Green caught six balls for 78 yards in Week 5. Don’t overlook that he also had a 72-yard touchdown called back on a holding penalty.

Chris Johnson is tied for second in the NFL with 405 rushing yards (Doug Martin, Devonta Freeman). There isn’t a single runner over 325 yards that has averaged more than 93 yards a game on the ground – Adrian Peterson. Johnson, Martin and Freeman are averaging 81.0 yards.

Duke Johnson has caught six passes or more in three straight games. He’s averaging more than eight targets a game.

James Jones is averaging 20.7 yards per catch, the highest mark in football (minimum 15 receptions). He also leads the NFL with seven catches of at least 25 yards.

DeAndre Hopkins has seen 74 targets through give games. The rest of the wideouts on the Texans have 86. Jarvis Landry has seen the reverse, 47 targets. The only other wideout with at least 60 targets is Julio Jones at 62.

Travis Kelce is third at the tight end position with 328 receiving yards. Rob Gronkowski is first (375). Gary Barnidge is second (374).

Lions’ running back snaps in Week 5 in their blowout loss: Theo Riddick 54, Zach Zenner 31, Ameer Abdullah 15.

Peyton Manning has thrown seven picks through five games. That’s the most he’s had through five games since 2001. This is also the first time since his rookie season that he has more interceptions than touchdown passes through five games.

Marcus Mariota only completed one of six passes that were in the air for more than 10 yards last week.

Doug Martin has 123 rushing yards in Week 5 with more than half (71) coming after contact. He also forced six missed tackles in the game. Martin is also leading the NFL with 14 runs of at least 10 yards. Martin also leads the NFL with 279 rushing yards on 1st-and-10.

Darren McFadden and Joseph Randle didn’t break a tackle in Week 5. Perhaps that's why the Cowboys might turn to Christine Michael for their next game.

Theo Riddick leads all runners with 30 catches and 36 targets. The leader in receiving yards at the position is Danny Woodhead (269).

Redskins’ running back touch counts in Week 5: Matt Jones 12, Chris Thompson, Alfred Morris 8.

Philip Rivers leads football with his receivers running for 1,012 yards after the catch. No other quarterback in football has had his receivers even help him to the tune of 810 yards after the catch.

Aaron Rodgers had gone 1,043 days without throwing a home interception (586 throws). He threw two picks in the span of seven passes in Week 5. He also fumbled, leading to his first three-turnover game since Week 9 of the 2009 season.

Matthew Stafford leads the NFL with eight interceptions. He’s appeared in five games. Andrew Luck is second with seven picks. He’s only appeared in three games.

The following three players have dropped five passes to lead the NFL: Ted Ginn Jr., Lance Hankerson, Demaryius Thomas.

Two men in football have had at least 25 passes thrown their way that they haven’t caught: DeAndre Hopkins 32 and Allen Robinson 26.

Russell Wilson has thrown 150 passes. That’s less than Colin Kaepernick’s 151 for God's sakes. Wilson’s 106 completions are less than the 108 by Blake Bortles. His 238.4 yards per game mark is less than Kirk Cousins (244.8) and is the 22nd most in football (min. three games played). Seattle just doesn’t throw the ball. Wilson has also been sacked a league-worst 22 times.

Jason Witten leads tight ends with 30 receptions. Jimmy Graham has 21. Way to utilize your best pass catcher Seahawks.
