It's Monday, I was looking at Twitter, and realizing there were a bunch of questions that I needed more than 140 characters to answer (you can send questions to me on Twitter - @baseballguys). Here are some of those questions.

I have Francisco Rodriguez as one of my closers. Jason Grilli is available on waiver-wire. Stand pat?
@ BobKendall10

Never drop a closer. That's point #1. Second, never leave a closer on waivers. That means you hold K-Rod and drop someone else to add Grilli.

Masahiro Tanaka worth rostering still? 10 team mixed. Thanks.

@Bounco7

In a league this shallow you probably shouldn't have even drafted him. Every time I say something negative about Tanaka on Twitter I get blasted by everyone for being stupid. That means someone in your league believes in Tanaka, so make sure if you are thinking about moving on that you let everyone out there know that he is available cause I would bet someone would still give you something of value for the righty.

Someone dropped Matt Cain? Do I use my 3/15 waiver priority to add in a 15 team 5x5 roto?
@_TheRealJust_

Cain is on the DL with a forearm issue. As of late last week he still hadn't returned to throwing. The belief is that he wont be out long, but there's little in the way of empirical data that leads me to suggest that someone in a league this deep should blow their waiver-wire priority on a guy that is on the DL unless that same league has a DL spot. At the same time, please move to FAAB (Free Agent Acquisition Budget) which is about nine zillion times better than open waivers.

Trade Christian Yelich or Jorge Soler for Dee Gordon? My 2b now are Kolten Wong and Devin Travis.
@JohnWayne3604

If I was going to do the trade I would deal Soler and keep Christian Yelich. At the same time, they are totally different players. Gordon is all speed whereas power is Soler. Moreover, they play different positions, and that always throws a wrench in the works (do you have three starting outfielders or five, is it a 12 team or 15 team league etc?). In the end you turn this offer down. Why? Because you already have two second base options. I'm not the biggest Wong fan of all-time, but most had him in their top-10 at the position, so it's not exactly a position of dire need at the moment. You've also rostered Travis for depth who is a nice youngster with a solid all-around game. Only do this deal if your team is woefully short on speed.

What are the odds Billy Hamilton gains SS Eligibility in fantasy baseball this season?
@ViNCE_11

About the same as the Reds current shortstop - Zack Cozart - hitting .300. He's a career .243 hitter by the way.

What's your take on Alex Guerrero? You think his PT increases or they go right back boring Juan Uribe
@Brooklyn_KRS

Guerrero has hit .333 with 17 homers, 57 RBIs, 47 runs scored an a .994 OPS over 77 games in the minors last season. Other than getting his ear bit off, he did nothing wrong.

However, the Dodgers brought in Howie Kendrick this offseason to play second. They brought in Jimmy Rollins to play short. They have Juan Uribe and Justin Turner to play third. Where does that leave Guerrero? On the bench. Alex cannot be sent down, his contracts says he has to be on the big league roster or released, but there just isn't a spot in the daily lineup unless injuries strike. Uribe tweaked his hamstring over the weekend, and Turner got spiked over the weekend and hurt his hand, but both guys figure to play through the injuries leaving Guerrero as an NL-only option.

Which catcher would you go with? Wilson Ramos, Stephen Vogt, Derek Norris. Thanks!
@rich_nieto

All three are solid options, but I would go with Ramos. He cannot stay healthy but, there is a potentially nice game there. Per 600 at-bats Ramos has averaged 23 homers and 88 RBIs in his young career. His K-rate is only 16.2 percent, a low number in today's game, and that 16.5 percent fly ball rate intrigues. Gotta hit more balls in the air though. Much like Wilin Rosario, he converts fly balls into homers well, but he just doesn't hit enough in the air (28.5 percent fly ball rate is well below the league average of 34 percent).
