Every NFL team playing Sunday is required to issue a final injury report on Friday. The pair of teams playing Monday night will issue their final report Saturday. Here we review all of the fantasy-relevant players dealing with ailments and how to plan accordingly. Keep in mind that the inactive list isn't due until 90 minutes before kickoff. As you start to put the final touches on those lineups, have a fallback plan or two at the ready in the event you will be dealing with an ailing player.

QUESTIONABLE (SUNDAY)

Case Keenum, QB, Rams  Concussion

Keenum has been limited in practice all week because he has not passed the final phase of the concussion protocol yet. Nick Foles would return to the starting lineup if Keenum can't go.

Charcandrick West, RB, Chiefs  Hamstring

West did not practice all week. At best, he's a game-time decision. Even if West plays, Spencer Ware earned himself some touches with last week's performance.

Danny Amendola, WR, Patriots  Knee

There were a lot of false reports going around Friday night that Amendola had been ruled out for Sunday night. In fact, Amendola will be testing his knee out early Saturday to see if he will travel with the team to Denver.

Jarvis Landry, WR, Dolphins  Knee

Things are strongly leaning toward Landry playing against a declining Jets defense that will be without Darrelle Revis.

Michael Floyd, WR, Cardinals – Hamstring

Floyd was inactive last week, but looks to be on track to play this week against a terrible 49ers defense.

Travis Kelce, TE, Chiefs  Groin

Kelce injured his ankle during Friday's practice. The Bills shut down Rob Gronkowski last week and have guarded the tight end well for much of the year.

OUT

Andrew Luck, QB, Colts  Abdomen

Peyton Manning, QB, Broncos  Foot

Devonta Freeman, RB, Falcons  Concussion

Freeman has yet to make any progress in the league's concussion protocol. Tevin Coleman will get the start against a Vikings defense that has been formidable against the run. Eddie Lacy's 100 rushing yards in the Week 11 was the first time an opposing back broke the century mark against them since Week 4.

Marshawn Lynch, RB, Seahawks  Abdomen

Carlos Hyde, RB, 49ers  Foot

Julian Edelman, WR, Patroits  Foot

Leonard Hankerson, WR, Falcons  Hamstring

After missing two games with a hamstring injury, Hankerson returned last week against the Colts. He found the end zone, but had a number of ugly drops. This setback puts Jacob Tamme back into the streamer class of tight ends as the No. 2 target in the Falcons' pass game.

Phillip Dorsett, WR, Colts  Ankle

Dexter McCluster, RB, Titans  Knee

Larry Donnell, TE, Giants – Neck

DOUBTFUL

Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Buccaneers – Shoulder

PROBABLE (limited practice)

Tyrod Taylor, QB, Bills  Shoulder

Mark Ingram, RB, Saints – Shoulder

Coming out of a bye week, it sounds like Ingram is fine. He'll face a Texans defense that has been good against the run ever since Lamar Miller embarrassed them in Week 7.

Chris Johnson, RB, Cardinals  Knee

Larry Fitzgerald, WR, Cardinals  Ankle

Allen Hurns, WR, Jaguars  Thigh

Emmanuel Sanders, WR, Broncos – Ankle

John Brown, WR, Cardinals  Hamstring

Malcom Floyd, WR, Chargers  Shoulder

Floyd is somehow going to play after tearing cartilage in his shoulder three weeks ago. If M80 is able to last an entire game the Jaguars make for a good matchup.

PROBABLE (full practice)

Brian Hoyer, QB, Texans  Concussion

Hoyer has been out of the concussion protocol since Monday. He's primed for a fantastic matchup at home against the Saints. New Orleans allowed more than 340 passing yards and 4.25 touchdowns per game over their last four.

Andy Dalton, QB, Bengals  Groin

Ryan Fitzpatrick, QB, Jets  Thumb

Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Vikings  Shoulder

Thomas Rawls, RB, Seahawks  Knee

Frank Gore, RB, Colts  Ankle

Alfred Morris, RB, Redskins  Rib

Rookie Matt Jones will remain the starter, but could be another fumble or two away from Morris getting a chance to reclaim the lead role.

Jay Ajayi, RB, Dolphins  Elbow

Brandon Marshall, WR, Jets  Toe

Eric Decker, WR, Jets  Knee

Willie Snead, WR, Saints  Knee

Nate Washington, WR, Texans  Hip

Doug Baldwin, WR, Seahawks  Ankle

Anquan Boldin, WR, 49ers  Hamstring

Kendall Wright, WR, Titans  Knee

Marvin Jones, WR, Bengals  Hamstring

Tyler Eifert, TE, Bengals – Knee

Antonio Gates, TE, Chargers  Hip
