Every NFL team playing Sunday or Monday is required to issue a final injury report that Friday. Here we'll review all the fantasy-relevant players on that list and how it may impact your planning for the upcoming game or weeks ahead. We'll also pay close attention to the teammates that could be significantly impacted. Keep in mind, the team's inactive list isn't due until 90 minutes before kickoff. Start getting prepared and get those fallback plans in place now because this is the final official word teams will have before declaring those inactive players.

OUT

Josh McCown, QB, Browns - Concussion

Early speculation had McCown playing on Sunday, but he has been unable to pass the league's concussion protocol. Johnny Manziel gets the start against the Titans.

Arian Foster, RB, Texas - Groin

Foster was able to get into practice on a limited basis Thursday after sitting out Wednesday. However, he's already been ruled out for Week 2. It seems like each new day offers a fresh rumor on when Foster might return. Continue to operate as if this is a mid-season return, just to be safe.

Andre Ellington, RB, Cardinals - Knee

Ellington is going to miss multiple games, likely two or three, with a PCL sprain. Veteran Chris Johnson will start this week on the road against the Bears and is worth a short-term rental for those needy at running back. Rookie David Johnson is a stash option that becomes more interesting if Ellington is out for an extended period of time.

Reggie Bush, RB, 49ers - Calf

Dez Bryant, WR, Cowboys - Foot

Four weeks, six weeks, eight weeks, 12 weeks. The estimates for Bryant's return are all over. Owners should just wish for Dez to return to play whenever he's truly fit and ready. NBA superstar Kevin Durant had this same injury and things didn't go well after his attempts to return. Trading Dez likely requires dealing with an owner that's loaded at wide receiver and able to deal from their strength.

DeSean Jackson WR, Redskins - Hamstring

D-Jax figures to miss up to four weeks with a hammy injury he suffered in Week 1. Sure, Pierre Garcon will get more targets. He's still stuck with Kirk Cousins throwing the ball, unfortunately.

Victor Cruz, WR, Giants - Calf

At best, Cruz looks to be several weeks away from returning. Rueben Randle will get another crack to replace him as the Giants No. 2 wide receiver after a disappointing line that included three passes for 23 yards against the Cowboys in the opener.

Breshad Perriman, WR, Ravens - Knee

Julius Thomas, TE, Jaguars - Hand

Daniel Fells, TE, Giants - Foot

The Giants gave two tight ends offensive snaps in the opener. Starter Larry Donnell saw 42 plays while Fells got 34 snaps. Each player was targeted four times in the passing game. With Fells out, Donnell is a sneaky play against the Falcons with the expected boost in snap count.

Brandon Pettigrew, TE, Lions - Hamstring

The Lions also used just two eight ends on offense in Week 1. Starter Eric Ebron played 30 snaps, nine more than Pettigrew. Like the aforementioned Fells, the backup's absence will likely provide a larger chunk of playing time to the starter.

PROBABLE (limited or no practice)

Johnny Manziel, QB, Browns - Elbow

A sore throwing elbow kept Johnny Football limited in practice. He's still in line to start Sunday against the Titans.

Julio Jones, WR, Falcons - Hamstring

There's no danger of Jones missing Week 2, but he didn't practice this week until Friday.

Randall Cobb, WR, Packers - Shoulder

Except for having to face Seattle this week, there are no worries for Cobb as his shoulder slowly improves.

PROBABLE (full practice)

Tony Romo, QB, Cowboys - Back, Matthew Stafford, QB, Lions - Arm, Justin Forsett, RB, Ravens - Shoulder, Jonathan Stewart, RB, Panthers - Knee, T.J. Yeldon, RB, Jaguars - Knee, Lorenzo Taliaferro, RB, Ravens - Knee, Allen Robinson, WR, Jaguars - Knee, Golden Tate, WR, Lions - Quadriceps, Michael Floyd, WR, Cardinals - Hand, Percy Harvin, WR, Bills - Hip, Rashad Greene, WR, Jaguars - Back, Nate Washington, WR, Texans - Abdominal

QUESTIONABLE

LeSean McCoy, RB, Bills - Hamstring

Despite being listed as Questionable there are no worries McCoy is in any jeopardy of missing a nice matchup against the Patriots. McCoy left Thursday's practice early, but reportedly looked fine on Friday. Meanwhile, rookie Karlos Williams needed just nine carries to gain 55 yards in the opener, compared to only 41 yards on 17 carries for McCoy.

Todd Gurley, RB, Rams - Knee

Gurley is now a full participant in practice sessions, although he still seems like a long shot to play Week 2. Even when Gurley finally does suit up on game day, expect a reduced snap count for at least the first start or two.

C.J. Spiller, RB, Saints - Knee

Spiller has been limited in practice all week, so this has game-time decision written on it. Even if Spiller is active, expect limited playing time.

Chris Ivory, RB, Jets - Groin

Word is Ivory suffered a minor groin injury in practice earlier this week and should be fine. The Jets play the Colts on Monday night, giving Ivory an extra day of recovery.

Tre Mason, RB, Rams - Thigh

Mason had a full practice on Thursday and Friday, so he figures to be up facing the Redskins on the road this week. Benny Cunningham would likely go back to playing third downs and passing situations if Mason is indeed active.

Alshon Jeffery, WR, Bears - Calf, hamstring

This is starting to look bad. After playing through a calf issue in Week 1, Jeffery has developed an additional ailment. This is a likely game-time decision with a lean toward being inactive.

Mike Evans, WR, Buccaneers - Hamstring

Evans was inactive for Week 1 and will be a game-time decision once again.

T.Y. Hilton, WR, Colts - Knee

With the Jets defense and Darrelle Revis lurking, managers are faced with a difficult decision on Hilton. He hasn't practiced all week and that game isn't until Monday. Donte Moncrief should be rostered in seasonal leagues by now and has intriguing value in daily if Hilton has to sit this one out.

Delanie Walker, TE, Titans - Hand

Sprained wrist ligaments will likely make Walker a game-time decision on the road against the Browns. Start looking now for a streamer option like Richard Rodgers of the Packers. Seattle's defense had issues with both of the St. Louis tight ends last week.

Jordan Reed, TE, Redskins - Quadriceps

Reed is coming off a nice performance in the opener (seven catches, 62 yards, TD) and telling the media that he's good to go for Week 2. It's a tough matchup against the Rams, however.
