Full 15 game slate tonight, and it feels like the slate is loaded with retruns from the DL tonight. Clayton Kershaw is the top pitcher by a wide margin that is also in a great matchup vs the worst team in the AL. Outside of Kershaw, it may be tough to play up for another top priced pitcher on two pitcher sites, as well as will need value plays if going with Kershaw on FD, so the playbook will consist of more than it's usual number of value option.
Out of the 15 games, the only matchup featuring pitchers with a winning record is in the Indians vs Giants game, and neither are top targets. We should be ok with weather tonight, but still best to check back closer to game time to make sure. Good luck!
