QuarterbacksChristian Ponder (MIN)--Ponder was limited in practice on Thursday with a sore knee, but is expected to play against the Titans on Sunday. The team also indicated that the knee is getting better day-by-day so unless something drastic happens between now and Sunday, he will be ready to go.   Tom Brady (NE)--Brady was limited in practice for the second straight day on Thursday while he deals with a right shoulder injury. Despite how the Patriots try to cover up injuries, he is going to play this weekend against the Broncos, so don’t get too worried about this situation. Jake Locker (TEN)--Locker did not practice on Thursday due to a left shoulder injury and is not expected play this weekend against the Vikings. The Titans are expected to start Matt Hasselbeck under center this weekend so Locker owners may want to consider picking up Hasselbeck for a short-term option. Running BacksMatt Forte (CHI)--The Bears limited Forte’s participation in practice this week, but will most likely be listed as probable once the team releases their official injury report. He is still suffering from lingering pain in his ankle, but was able to play last week so expect to see him on the field on Sunday against the Jaguars. Ben Tate (HOU)--The Texans are not taking any chances with Tate and are holding him out of practice until Saturday while he deals with a toe injury. The fact that the Texans are 4-0 and are playing the Jets on Monday night it wouldn’t make much sense to rush him back to action. Peyton Hillis (KC)--Hillis was unable to practice once again on Thursday and is considered questionable for Sunday’s game against the Ravens. The team’s official injury report will give more light to his availability, but at this time it is hard to see him playing this week. Reggie Bush (MIA)--Bush was able to fully participate in practice on Thursday and is considered probable for Sunday’s game against the Bengals. He appears to be over the hip injury that limited him last week, so owners can now stat him with confidence.  Brandon Bolden (NE)--Bolden was limited in practice for the second straight day on Thursday as he deals with a knee injury. He will likely be listed as questionable once the Patriots release their official injury report, but the injury does not appear to be serious enough to keep him out. LeSean McCoy (PHI)--McCoy is suffering from a minor knee injury and was able to fully participate in practice on Thursday making him probably for Sunday’s game against the Steelers. So owners should start him with confidence, even though he is matchup isn’t the greatest.Rashard Mendenhall (PIT)--Mendenhall was a full participant in practice on Thursday for the second straight day and is expected to make his season debut on Sunday against the Eagles. He has quickly recovered from a knee surgery, but will likely have his carries limited as he is eased back into the offense. Wide ReceiversJulio Jones (ATL)--The Falcons will have Jones for their Week 5 matchup against the Redskins after he was able to fully participate in practice on Thursday. He is fully recovered from a right hand injury and should have a big game against a suspect secondary. Torrey Smith (BAL)--Smith is dealing with an ankle injury, but was able to fully participate in practice on Thursday and is expected to play against the Chiefs on Sunday. At no point did the injury appear to be serious so limiting him earlier in the week was only as a precaution. Greg Jennings (GB)--The Packers didn’t waste any time in ruling out Jennings for this week’s game against the Colts while he is still suffering from a groin injury. He is expected to be shut down for the remainder of the week so he can focus on rehabbing his injury with the hope to return to action in the team’s next game. Andre Johnson (HOU)-- Johnson was limited in practice on Thursday while he deals with a groin injury, but is expected to play against the Jets on Monday night. Unless he aggravates the injury more, he will be on the field on Monday, and with Darrell Revis out, this is a good matchup for Johnson. Julian Edelman (NE)--The Patriots will likely be without Edelman for the second straight week after he was unable to practice once again on Thursday due to a hand injury. He is considered questionable at this point for Sunday’s game against the Broncos, but it’s not looking good. Lance Moore (NO)--The Saints are hoping that Moore’s hamstring injury will not keep him out this weekend, but his status is in jeopardy after missing his second straight day of practice on Thursday. If he is able to practice on Friday he will likely play Sunday, but if he is held out he is a big time risk for Sunday night against the Chargers. Hakeem Nicks (NYG)--The Giants wasted no time in ruling Nicks out for this weekend against the Browns as he continues suffering from a foot and knee injury. He hasn’t been able to shake off these injuries and at this point it is anyone’s guess when he will be back in action. Kenny Britt (TEN)--Britt was held out of practice once again on Thursday as he continues to suffer form an ankle injury. The Titans expected him to be ready for this weekend, but if he doesn’t practice on Friday don’t expect to see him on the field against the Vikings.  Tight EndsOwen Daniels (HOU)--Daniels was limited in practice on Thursday with a thigh injury, but is expected to play against the Jets on Monday night. He will have an extra day to get ready for the game since it in on Monday, but be sure to check back prior to kickoff on Sunday to make sure he is looking good to go in case owners need to use a different tight end. Rob Gronkowski (NE)-- After missing practice on Wednesday with a hip injury, he was able to return to practice on Thursday as a limited participant. His current injury does not appear to be serious so expect to see him on the field on Sunday against the Broncos.Aaron Hernandez (NE)--in was what a bit of a surprise, Hernandez participated in practice on Thursday while he tries to return from an ankle injury. There is a chance that he plays this week against the Broncos, but if he does, his snaps will likely be limited.  Dustin Keller (NYJ)--Keller did not practice once again on Thursday due to a hamstring injury, but will have an extra day to try and shake the injury off since the Jets play on Monday night. The Jets need him now more than ever with Santonio Holmes out for the season, but it is tough to say if he will be on the field on Monday. Jared Cook (TEN)--Cook was limited in practice this week while he deals with a left shoulder injury, but is expected to play against the Viking on Sunday. Unless something drastic happens he should be listed as probable on the Titans official injury report on Friday.  Matthew Beck is a Fantasy Sports Columnist for Rotoinfo.com.
